Never coming back here. They charged me $7 for a half of a sub with only one paper thin of turkey and two paper thin slices of cheese.

We had a really bad experience today. I asked for two bacon chicken ranch subs. One of them was well done. The other was burnt. My mom asked can she get a replacement and they said that they’re not gonna replace it because we asked for it well done and I’m trying to explain to the manager that there is a difference between well done and burnt, but he cut me off and told me to have a great day. I will never come back again. This is horrible customer service all we asked was for a replacement since the bread was burnt and they do not want to take any accountability for burning the bread. And it’s very disappointing because Publix is literally in the same plaza and we always go to Publix for our subs so we decided to go to you guys cause we really enjoy your sandwiches as well but it looks like we’re gonna have to go back to Publix because the customer service was horrible today. Publix would’ve never treated us that way.

The best Jimmy John's! The employees are always very welcoming and know many customers by name. Food is always fresh and great quality! The tables are always clean too. Highly recommend. I like the high ceilings and natural light.

I didn't know the delivery person did not show for work so they used uber. Usually it doesn't take more than 20 minutes from door to door. Uber took 55 min. Never ordering again using Uber.
