We ordered smoked brisket and I'm pretty sure what we got was bottom round that was roasted in the oven. The macaroni and cheese tasted like a frozen store-bought brand. The collard greens tasted like a store bought brand that didn't have any seasoning in it. And the baked beans tasted like beanie weenies that they had removed the weenies from

First time visitor of Kepler’s Barbecue. Regina, our waitress, was excellent! Greeted us with a smile & gave us recommendations. We choose chicken platter & rib platter. Sides of choice were Mac & Cheese, Collard Greens đŸ„Ź, Baked Beans, Mashed Potatoes & gravy, side of Okra, & Slaw. Mac & Cheese, Cold Slaw, & Collard Greens were OK. Ribs were ok; needed more flavor. Okra, Mashed & Potatoes with gravy, & Bake Beans excellent.
If you’re hungry, check Keller’s out.

I’m not one to leave reviews, it takes a lot to go wrong in order for me to get to that point. Well today’s experience was it. From the moment I walked in the door to pick up my order, to the time I sat down to eat. I live literally two minutes away. So on my way home I wanted to pick up some bbq for the family. When I arrived I walked in and the first thing the girl says is “pickup”? Not hello, welcome in, nothing. Customer service is definitely not important to this individual. Upon arriving home, I opened up the “family fest” and it was very minimal food for $50. The food wasn’t even warm, room temperature at best. All of it. The ribs were so dry! The chicken wasn’t even a half chicken, it was dry as it could be, and not even warm. The coleslaw was awful! I’ve ordered from here before but it had been quite some time, but I was immediately reminded why. I certainly won’t be back after this experience. Customer service and quality is definitely an issue at Keller’s. It honestly seemed as if they don’t care at all at this location. I’ve never been to any other locations, but I would highly recommend choosing another option!

I hate to give bad reviews. My coworker recommended this place. Worst Ribs I’ve ever had!! Overcooked big time and hard to eat. Very disappointing.

Just ate lunch here. Service and food average. Store really dirty. I can look past all of this but when my husband went to pay, he was told credit card machine down. We were not told this when ordering and no signage was anywhere stating this. When he said he didn't have cash, he was told he could leave his credit card number to run later. HECK NO! Not a good look. He ultimately had to leave his employee there to go get cash. When he returned the restaurant was full and his employee said they still had not mentioned to 1 table about the CASH ONLY situation. May want to speak to your employees about notifying before ordering or posting a sign or see if your staff may be stealing from you!!! Won't be returning which is very disappointing.

We ordered our family meal, we ended up 3 on the delivery list, after a hour and 15 wait our order was cancelled.we call get our money back and a $20 credit so we reordered, these idiots pushed our order to the lake Mary store 45 minutes away so not we get to wait over 2 hours for cold dried out food.. don't waste your time with this mismanaged sheothole, cook a frozen pizza and save the headache. The management here needs to go back to work at the labor pool. Service and management like this, and this store will close it's doors in 6 months... Update!!! Spoke to what I thought was a manager(found out she wasn't) she was rude and tried blaming UberEATS for my order being sent to other store.. (found out that only happens when store "turns off Uber eats, see other reviews on customer service and employees ignoring them and talking instead) .. the other store's manager I spoke with was professional and polite, I informed her that this review will stay posted until the owner calls my wife and we get to the bottom of this. This is ridiculous.i don't want a refund just a sincere apology and the problem fixed so nobody else has to deal with lazy irresponsible employees. This used to be one of my favorite restaurants when I lived around the corner, not any more ..
