Extremely rude and disrespectful employees, who absolutely should not be working a customer service job if they’re going to be so obviously miserable and pass that onto the customers. Not at all a welcoming environment, and it’s a miracle this place is even still open.

Food was so plain no taste ribs were not as tender or as seasoned as I like them I’m not sure what they put in that bbq it’s a no for me the macaroni tasted store bought I probably will not be returning cheap meal though

Food is phenomenal! Unfortunately, went today and service was TRASH! She brought our menus and started taking walk in orders for a solid 15 minutes while we waited to place our order. She never even came back to our table. We ended up leaving.

The food here is really good . You can actually taste the smokey flavor in the meat unlike these other bbq places . And the best part is they dont make you pay an arm and a leg like 4 rivers (which is trash btw) . Good portions for a good value , one of the very FEW good food spots in metro Orlando . Hope this place continues to stay open

We ordered smoked brisket and I'm pretty sure what we got was bottom round that was roasted in the oven. The macaroni and cheese tasted like a frozen store-bought brand. The collard greens tasted like a store bought brand that didn't have any seasoning in it. And the baked beans tasted like beanie weenies that they had removed the weenies from

First time visitor of Kepler’s Barbecue. Regina, our waitress, was excellent! Greeted us with a smile & gave us recommendations. We choose chicken platter & rib platter. Sides of choice were Mac & Cheese, Collard Greens 🥬, Baked Beans, Mashed Potatoes & gravy, side of Okra, & Slaw. Mac & Cheese, Cold Slaw, & Collard Greens were OK. Ribs were ok; needed more flavor. Okra, Mashed & Potatoes with gravy, & Bake Beans excellent.

This was the worst ever I 4 LG. Pulled pork bbq sandwiches. I had burnt parts I couldn't even eat it was like the end of the pork.

I’m not one to leave reviews, it takes a lot to go wrong in order for me to get to that point. Well today’s experience was it. From the moment I walked in the door to pick up my order, to the time I sat down to eat. I live literally two minutes away. So on my way home I wanted to pick up some bbq for the family. When I arrived I walked in and the first thing the girl says is “pickup”? Not hello, welcome in, nothing. Customer service is definitely not important to this individual. Upon arriving home, I opened up the “family fest” and it was very minimal food for $50. The food wasn’t even warm, room temperature at best. All of it. The ribs were so dry! The chicken wasn’t even a half chicken, it was dry as it could be, and not even warm. The coleslaw was awful! I’ve ordered from here before but it had been quite some time, but I was immediately reminded why. I certainly won’t be back after this experience. Customer service and quality is definitely an issue at Keller’s. It honestly seemed as if they don’t care at all at this location. I’ve never been to any other locations, but I would highly recommend choosing another option!

I stopped by to get lunch at this restaurant no good service the Waiter never come back to me after 15 or 20 minutes I have to leave the place with no lunch.
