Kobé Japanese Steakhouse - Altamonte Springs

It was a great experience from the service and from the chef it wasn't great and the food was tasty 😋

Our chef was great. I wish he spoke louder so we could hear his jokes and interacted with us more to really put on a show and since you guys include gratuity, I didn't really like the server who took our bills attitude when he saw I didn't tip why would I tip again if you already include 20% gratuity that is my tip. I definitely noticed the difference when he took Payment. 

Kobe hasn't changed much since I was a kid, and I say that in the best way. The food is always good, the service is always good, and even if you get paired with strange people - everything else is on point so you always enjoy your time there. Altamonte location is the best location, by far.

My experience was awesome, it was my first time going there and chose Kobe and I was not disappointed. The expectations were met and everyone was pleasant, friendly, and my alcohol beverage was on point

I love hibachi and went to Kobe Steakhouse in Altamonte Springs for the first time. It was very very noisy, and during our dinner, the smell of burning oil was overwhelming- much more so than any other hibachi place I have visited. The chef had such a thick accent we could not understand a word he was saying and therefore could not communicate with him. Example- I said no to noodles and plop, I got a plateful of noodles. The food was Ok, average for hibachi, but it was so noisy, smelly and agitated ambience that we did not enjoy the meal at all and felt very rushed and disruptive. Will not be going back.

The chef was amazing. He truly catered to our taste and the food was cooked to perfection.

The service was very good, but the food and prices were a disappointment. The lobster tails were like rubber and everything was overcooked. The table chef used way too much garlic for my taste. I want to taste the food, not garlic. If the food was better I probably wouldn't complain about the prices, but the prces were too high for the value received.

Our server was amazing He recognized my husband and I from previous times of being in there. The food was amazing.
