My last visit WILL BE MY FINAL VISIT! I've heard other people in my circle complain about this place and my final visit was my chance to see. I've gone there many times in the past but by now, this place has gone to hell. French fries which were cold and stale. Breaded chicken was luke warm and hard, both as if this food has been setting out for hours if not since the day before! When you have such an OBVIOUS lack of concern for the condition of the food you serve, there's always a great chance of health violations being in abundance as well. However, that won't affect me as this was the absolutely LAST TIME I will go there.

Try to find another buffet. Dead roach in bathroom. Old dingy restaurant. Food is not getting replenished. Meats are dry and chewy. Flavors are so-so. No manager on duty till 4:00 to speak with about dissatisfaction

When we first went the food was good, we started to become regulars there. Now the food it's starting to taste bad, we ended up having food poisoning by eating the sushi there. The people who preps the food does not know how to make Chinese, the only thing that is some what decent is the hibachi. The servers walks around like they don't want to be there, they never smile they're not very friendly. And the workers starts cleaning before the customers leave, I have caught them many times washing around the food with soapy water and it splashes into the food. I have also found hair in the foods. They just need new employees who actually wants to work and enjoy their jobs and the place needs a serious makeover.

Food is fantastic. Actually thoroughly enjoyed all of it. Great prices too. We went on a Wednesday and the atmosphere was just kind of blah. Service could have been better but also could have been significantly worse. I will go back simply to eat the great food.

What a lovely surprise. I was visiting my sister in Orlando, Florida and she took me to this restaurant. Everything I tried was delicious and fresh.
However, the restaurant was dimly lite and when we returned to our table our drinks had arrived but now the table was wet with puddles. Not sure what took place. We needed them to come and help dry table and chairs. Perhaps better lighting would have avoided this problem.
The price was reasonable, we will be back.

Worst hibachi I have ever been to. The food was cold and not that good. It was $73 for 3 people and none of us even finished one plate. I would not recommend this place unless you enjoy wasting your money!

We couldn't find a single food option that we could enjoy. We tried every non-raw sushi, most non-dinner option meats and seafood. Disappointing.

My family has gone here for years and the food is always really delicious! Servers/hostesses always very good and sweet.

I would rate higher if it weren’t for the super rude guy who mans the hibachi grill. He always has his AirPods in, never makes eye contact or acknowledges whether he heard your requests or not.

Koywan Buffet is truly a hidden gem in Orlando if you’re looking for great food, variety, and an all-you-can-eat experience that leaves you more than satisfied. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a wide selection of options — everything from classic American comfort food like fried chicken and fries, to Chinese specialties, fresh hibachi, and more. It’s one of those buffets where everyone can find something they’ll enjoy.

For me though, the highlight is the fried crab. I’ve been to plenty of buffets, and it’s rare to find a spot that serves fried crab the way Koywan does. It’s hot, crispy, and seasoned just right — honestly worth the trip alone. I find myself going back mainly for that because you just can’t find fried crab like this anywhere else around here.

On top of that, the food stays consistently fresh. They keep the trays stocked and hot, so you never feel like you’re getting the “last of the pan” like some buffets. The hibachi area is also a nice touch — fresh ingredients cooked right in front of you, made to your liking.

The service is friendly, the atmosphere is clean and comfortable, and for the price you’re paying, you’re really getting your money’s worth. It’s the perfect place whether you’re coming with family, a group of friends, or even just to treat yourself.

Overall, I’d give Koywan Buffet a 10/10. Between the huge variety, the all-you-can-eat setup, and the unbeatable fried crab, this is definitely a go-to buffet spot in Orlando. Highly recommend
