Lake Mary Cheesecake

This company is a contracted Disney Vendor and showed up today for a Legacy event with 50 cupcakes… no no no!! Do NOT get a cupcake in you mind, these were HUGE! At least an inch on each side bigger than your average cupcakes. Ridiculously creamy and delicious with a printing of Walt’s face on the top! Printed!! That’s not the best part.. you eat it with a utensil out of the plastic container it comes in! Stupid convenient!!! Best cupcakes I’ve ever tasted!

The best cheese cake!

I taste cheesecake everywhere it's sold. I consider myself to be extremely picky when it comes to the things I believe make a cheesecake superb. It should be think and dense, while remaining moist and creamy, never dry or fluffy. A truly good cheesecake requires no toppings, but Lake Mary makes delicious flavors such as Key Lime, pumpkin, and white chocolate raspberry to name a few of my favorites. I only wish they would ship because they're a bit far from me. As for the review by Louis, I have a hard time believing he was really a customer, because I've eaten Lake Mary Cheesecakes for years and never had a 1 star experience. Maybe he's a disgruntled employee or even a competitor. Regardless, without a written review to go along with the 1 star, I would take it with a grain of salt.

Not good at all

Absolutely phenomenal bakery that serves local high end restaurants and theme parks. Their products are certified kosher, and their production is HACCP rated 98%.The specialty is New York style cheesecakes, and they have over 50 natural flavors. Plus they have gluten free, low carb or low sugar cakes available.While they are a wholesale bakery, they do take special orders by phone.

I have been going to Lake Mary Cheesecake for 25 years now...They are by far the best Cheesecake I have ever tasted and the absolute best people in the world to do business with. If you have never tried them you are truly missing out on an exceptional experience

I was looking for a cheesecake to take to work and found this place. It is a wholesale operation but they gladly take retail customers. I called in my order for a traditional NY cheesecake and when I arrived, one of the bakers brought it out to me and asked me when it would be served and then gave me instructions on how to care for it. They know cheesecake. It was a huge hit at work and was truly one of the best cheesecakes I have ever tasted. I will definitely be back to try some of the other flavors.
