The food is good. We ordered a meal and the server rattled out the sides and didn't explain that there is an ugrade price on sides. So there was an extra charge for sides which were charged at $2.80 per side.Be prepared to be nickel and dimed in this new type of menu pricing.

Five of us had dinner tonight. We did not get off to a good start. The salads were fine but when the steaks came, every one of them was wrong. My husband had the New York strip, and it was rare but he ordered it medium rare to medium. One daughter ordered her filet medium and it was raw. My son-in-law ordered a filet Medium rare, but he had a tendon running through it and it was rare. My other daughter ordered her filet medium well, but it was very well done. I ordered the filet Medium rare with no seasoning, but it was rare. When they took the steaks back and fixed them My daughter ended up with my filet with no seasoning, and I ended up with hers and it was overcooked. It sounds like a mess but Chris, the manager, came out and figured out what was wrong, and went in the back and remade everybody’s himself. When he brought them back, they were delicious, cooked exactly right and the potatoes were fantastic. On top of that, he brought out desserts for all of us and what started out is a bad night left all of us loving dinner and we will definitely go back. Chris is a fantastic manager and I think that’s what makes Longhorn so good. A manager can make or break a restaurant And he went above, and beyond to make sure we were all satisfied and happy.
Had the ribeye steak. Would have ordered something else had I known it would be smothered in peppercorn. It wasn't for me. If you don't mind the taste, then this place is for you.

Always a pleasant atmosphere. Delicious food. Steaks, pork chops and chicken always juicy, tender and seasoned and cooked perfectly to your liking. Overall is way better than Outback or Texas Roadhouse.

Overall, I could not find a single thing wrong with our meal. Our server was attentive and even had a Texas accent, lol. The decor was pretty cool, and the food was very good. We were given a loaf of warm bread which was fresh and tasty. We did not order any steak cuts, but I had the Chop Steak (medium rare) covered in onions, mushrooms, and bordelaise sauce. It cam with 2 sides which I chose a salad that was a really good size and some rice pilaf. We left very full without having dessert.

I took myself on a date. My waitress was Kristen. Not sure if I am spelling it correctly . She was absolutely horrid and condescending to me the whole time. I ordered a bone in ribeye med well . I got a boneless half med well and the other half near rare . I first pointed out my steak didn’t have any bone when the food runner brought it out, he told me;it must be inside. I checked no bone I told my waitress “Kristen” she proceeded to tell me as long as it taste good that’s all that mattered to HER. As if she was the one paying and or eating MY meal. Another issue was my steak being cooked wrong. I pointed out half of my steak was cooked wrong she ask me what do I want her to do about it. She was very rude to me the whole time. I thought I could deal with it and go on about my day. But I simply could not. I asked for the manager and Robert was very helpful . He offered me another waitress which I originally agreed to but the more I sat there I realize my night has been ruined and that I was no longer in the mood to eat my meal and enjoy my show. I appreciate him understanding nonetheless. Thanks again Robert. Kristen find another job . You’re horrid!
