Came in and ordered a mc.chicken, i sat there for 20 mins watching other people come order food and get there food within 2 mins. They didn't give me my food until i complained.

I went with my dog and asked for whip cream. They refused, saying that they don't do it anymore... it seems Mc Donalds isn't pet friendly at this location. Customer service is crap. Waited too long for 2 deluxe combos

SO incredibly rude. Asked for a side order of whipped cream in a small cup for my dog, the person who took my order said absolutely. Once i got to the second window, the crabby lady working tonight told me they don’t do pup cups, never have, and that I wouldn’t be getting one. Even offered to pay extra…all good, won’t be revisiting any time soon.

Had to stand and wait for someone to come to the register for a straight ten minutes while flagging down the workers to come to the register… there was a whole line of us and the workers would make eye contact with us, then they would just ignore us.
Finally a guest made a scene and a young lady came to the register. Then, she gave him the wrong amount of change. Then the manager had to come out and give the correct change.
