One of the friendliest McDonald's I've ever been to. The attendant who took my order at the driver thru was polite. The attendant who took my payment was very friendly. Then the attendant at the second window was helpful and the last one who handed my food was upbeat and positive.
Overall wonderful experience.

Beware! When you order a drive through, the price that is advertised on the drive through screen is not the price that they charge you. They charge you a couple dollars more and say that they don’t care because there is another price on the screen. I talked to the manager and he was very rude and didn’t want to match the advertised price and they are waiting for the company to come to change the price on the screen. It’s literally one price on one side of the screen and another on the other side of the screen.

Completely dissatisfied within the quality of food (cold, not fresh, kept well beyond hold time). The service was even worse, and with food and service in the negative, how is one supposed to enjoy the atmosphere???

On 12/14/24 at 7:16 I entered drive thru and order a $5 limited meal: plain mc chicken,nuggets, fries, sprite, and paid for my order. Was immediately parked in a waiting designated as my food wasn't ready. 10 minutes later still parked in designated parking spot, and noticing cars parked after me receiving food and leaving, I decided to enter the building to check on my order... From the time I entered the door approximately 6 to 9 employees passed the front counter and never spoke a word to me, not even a greetings to ask me why am I waiting at the front counter. After more waiting another customer entered the building outraged about being sold cold food, which triggered other works to stop their personal non-job related conversations and get back to McDonald's business. At 7:34 I finally received my $5 McChicken meal😮‍💨... 18 minutes for a fast food drive thru order isn't acceptable, especially when you have dine in restaurants who serve steaks in the same amount of time. I highly recommend McDonald's compensate individuals who's time the waste from lack of proper training and/or monitoring, because who's checking to make sure things like this don't happen after 5pm when corporate goes home🤔 overall experience -3

I ordered a McFlurry and when it didn't come mixed I asked for them to mix it and then they treated me poorly and when they finally handed it to me they pretty much threw it to me and told me to get out of their window. I record everything that happens in my truck I'll be posting it on the McDonald's social media

2 time I arrive at the house and the order incomplete, claim and I was waiting exactly after returning to claim the order 22 minutes and I could not return the order I decided to lose it because I did not want to wait any longer and the card I paid for will leave it at home. I don't go to this store again...

Nice fun awesome no I’m joking. Why do you think I was rated so low? I don’t really like it atmosphere is not that they don’t have a play place for my kid. It’s just not a cool place. I do not recommend.

I visited this McDonald's location at 10 a.m. today and had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru window. I ordered a hot coffee with one packet of sugar and one cream, but the female employee forgot to add them,When I politely asked her to include them, she responded very rudely and even yelled, ‘Oh my God!’

This level of unprofessionalism is truly frustrating as a customer, and I hope the management will take this as an opportunity to improve employee training. One rude employee can cost the business many loyal customers. Please consider training staff to handle requests with patience and professionalism.

Never eat inside the restaurant at night, specially with children. They allow clearly intoxicated people do whatever they want inside, including openly drinking.
