I ordered my iced coffee with extra whipped cream extra caramel. The first coffee I got was very bland. Literally cannot even take a sip out of it. I ask the manager if they could return or give me a refund. They gave me another drink although policy of McDonald’s is to give you a whole new drink. They hand me back the same cup and they just added in more coffee, which is completely disgusting and a customer service from the manager, was disappointing and disturbing

It was HORRIBLE, They forgot my whole big mac and just gave me my wife's nuggets, there was like 5 people there and ther wasn't even a rush and my burger was RAW and I also there was a puddle and I almost slipped, horrible service too, I asked to get my big mac and one of the workers started saying like no you didn't I put it there you just tryna get a freebee, I'm super pissed, this ruined my image of McDonald's

Stopped at my local McDonald’s to order a quick snack. Both cashiers I encountered were extremely pleasant but I asked for an ice water at the second window and it seemed the cashier was instructed by the manager to charge me. I work in the service industry so I found this extremely odd as I just paid for an order, but said I didn’t mind paying for it. Then the cashier (extremely nice) told me it was going to be $2.99… I then changed my mind because I I honestly couldn’t fathom why I was being charged $3 for tap water. I’m not opposed to paying for an ice water but come on. If I am correct and it was the manager that instructed the cashier to charge for the ice water to a customer that just paid for an order I would consider a change in management. If it’s company policy then okay but I’ve NEVER been charged for an ice water at any other establishment and this only leaves paying customers with negative outlook at their local Mickey D’s. But I guess the staff must be treated well because I was extremely happy with their customer service.

When I went up there it took a while for them to even ask what I needed, and when the manager came bc I had an interview she was extremely rude when she walked up to me and had an attitude the whole time. I had accidentally went to the wrong mc Donald’s and when I was trying to explain I was trying to put in this adress but that I couldn’t find it and I thought the adress I put in was the correct one she just wasn’t having it and continued to give me attitude.

Just had one of the most condescending and disrespectful experiences I’ve ever had with a staff anywhere. The attitude and lack of basic courtesy were genuinely infuriating. We were simply trying to pick up a mobile order—there was absolutely no reason for the hostility we were met with. Pathetic service. They need a corporate audit ASAP.
