Just disappointed and dissatisfied again. Have given this location multiple chances with dine in with friends coworkers and new clients. did togo tonight late 1:00 am on my way home from work. Sad excuse of food 19$ for a cilantro chicken lime rice. A tiny portion for so much money. Then on top of that the chicken was so salty it was like licking a salt lick. Lucky for me to give service and atmosphere a 3 start compared to the 0 star excuse of food I got this evening and with previous dine in experiences almost waiting 20 minutes to be seated and greeted and hours for food and drinks. Just sad smh.

Had a lovely time at the house of ale. Victoria was my server and serve she did indeed. From the freshly made sweet tea to sizzling mountain melt, I would recommend this establishment to anyone who has working taste buds. And if you do, make sure you ask for Victoria to be properly taken care of.

Loved the vibe here! Service was amazing and so was the beer. I ordered the Kona which reminded me of the Dallas Blonde from back home. Chicken was a bit bland for my tasting but overall it was good.
Scott the Manager is so not professional a few Instances items were missing from our order from door dash but the bag was shut taped nothing was opened we called to let him know and he was not accommodating at all. He was rude and act like because they forgot our items after paying for door dash it was a problem for him this happened twice with dealing with the same manager .. door dash doesn’t pack the food they do.. never ordering from there again . After ordering from door dash he wanted us to go pick up the missing item ..we didn’t want free items we wanted the items that we paid full price for…poor management and Customer Service .. I’ll take my money else where

Always get your starter in quickly! Took well over 30 mins. Their Zinger "special", chicken tenders with cheesy fries. Was ok. Whats with these places that serve sauces? If i want jerk chicken, i want it marinated, cooked with jerk not plain chicken with jerk sauce! Main course went in well before starter came out. Three different choices all just ok. On a Sizzle to Suck rating, its in the middle slightly leaning to Sizzle.

This was a nice spot to come to at one time, but now it needs New Management,Bartenders,Cooks,Fresh Faces overall,etc. Too much Favoritism within coworkers here when problems arise/complaints from customers which get swept under the rug.. And speaking of customers when they leave a complaint/bad review on this page upon their dining experience, it gets covered up by posting several high-ranking reviews which appear to be Fake Accounts which haven't been used in months or years and some written posts are wrote up by the same person if you read in between the lines on current/past posts. Most likely managers,gen.manager doing so due to they're the ones answering back posts disguised as "Owner". A review left a week ago by Shawn W. was not so far off from the Truth regarding Bartenders here especially out in the patio-bar have their favorites & devote much of their time to them chatting-joking around , obviously they're working them for a Fat-Tip. All customers should have same treatment whether Favorite/Regular or not..Now the Kitchen I can't figure out how you mess up pretty much pre-made/pre-cooked food from your distributor, its not rocket-science if you know your way around a kitchen/follow directions.. Overcooking or drowning the eats with extra sauce,etc doesn't remedy the issue..Last but not least,Drug-Test alI employees. I assure you more than many will not pass. Should be a Drug-Free environment especially when serving/handling food,etc to customers/public. I said what needed to be said..The TRUTH..Good Day..
