Moe's Southwest Grill

I love Moe's but this location hasn't always had the best chicken here. I wish they seasoned it more. I always get the quesadilla but lately the franchise just hasn't been the same.

THE STAFF WORKING WAS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL AND SHOULD NOT WORK HERE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE.
The cashier was rude and disrespectful to myself and my wife. The line worker did not specify to use that “white meat chicken” was more when my wife asked for “chicken” as her meat choice. When we got to the cashier. He came around the cash resister yelling at her and us yelling at us that “of course we want all your money so we would give you the more expensive meat”
This cashier should not be speaking to us that way. He made it seem like such a problem to redo the order on the register when he typed it wrong.

Unfortunately after years of patronage at this location, I will no longer be a customer. After a visit on what I was under the impression was “ Moe Monday” and verifying with staff that this was the case for all of the burritos I ordered, I was then told that all of the kids needed the app in order to get the “deal” This again, after I confirmed with 2 staff members that Moe Monday was still a thing ( 4 times; while ordering and at the register). Also, drinks are no longer included in the “deal” even though, that was my initial question: “You guys still do Moe Monday with a burrito and a drink” and the answer was “yes, yes! its Moe Monday!” So after receiving the total of $97 dollars (not including drinks) and realizing that in fact NO it was not a thing and one burrito being discounted approximately $3-4 off; we put the food back on the counter and left. Yet the employee acted “confused”. So you get to eat the cost because of your obvious deception Moe’s, and we went to Chipotle for $45. I will also mention that the size of the prepared burritos were half the size as usual and about the size of a female fist.

Been here a lot food is always really good. However this time the person making my did a horrible job and just made the burrito not to the standards I expect from Moes or have received from this place. I’m not saying I want extra meat or do me a favor make it bigger I’m just asking for a burrito like I use to get.

Awful service, extremely rude, food was old and sauces were out. When asked, was met with rudeness.

Came inside to do an order. Both workers were very rude when making my order and did not do the portions very well. It was the two black females. I told them multiple times it was for here and still put into a to go bag. We’re not listening at all. Will not come back again while they are working.

You guys need to cover your steak with a lid or something if you are going to leave it sitting out. $20 for a burrito meal with cold dry steak is unacceptable

I was in Orlando on vacation. Ordered two bowls and a burrito through Uber eats. Picked up my food and when I went to eat it with my children the rice was extremely hard, stalled like it wasn’t cooked properly. We couldn’t eat none of the food. I called the store and offered to bring the food back so I could get a refund and I was told I didn’t have to and they were going to issue a refund. Now, a week later still no refund and Uber is refusing to issue a refund as well because the store marked the they issued a refund. Called the store and the man than answered this morning was rude and no help at all. I just lost $47 dollars for food that was so nasty I couldn’t even eat it.

This Moe's Was Sooooo Spectacular. The Staff are Spectacular.

Came here for lunch today and was very upset. Rice was hard and crunchy, black beans had no flavor it was like they opened a can microwaved it and that was it veggies were too soggy just overall bad experience $12 for lunch get back to the office and can't even eat!!! There was some mystery pieces in my bowl not sure what it was clearly cross contamination is happening here. I will never be back and will NOT recommend to any friends or family. If you have food allergies visit at own risk.

Tell my why I ordered 2 homewreckers and they sent me 2 small burritos but charged me for the homewreckers and then refuse to even pick up the phone. Absolutely horrible. This used to be my favorite restaurant

So people get fired here when they weren't even in the building to be blamed for the issues that were had. Just fired, no questions, no nothing. So let me go to this guy and fire him for standing on his tippy toes at 2pm when l he wasn't even in the building until 5pm. Fking ridiculous!!!!
