Spotless Restrooms & Excellent Facility Upkeep

I have to talk myself into using public bathrooms — that’s how much I dislike them.
I avoid them everywhere: gas stations, hotels, restaurants, you name it.

So walking into this Olive Garden restroom today…
I was shocked in the best possible way.

✔️ The floors were clean
✔️ The stalls were spotless
✔️ The toilets were flushed and maintained
✔️ The air smelled fresh
✔️ The sinks were clean and dry
✔️ The soap dispensers were FULL
✔️ The automatic paper towel dispenser actually worked
✔️ Toilet paper stocked — no struggle, no surprises

And I saw an employee washing her hands thoroughly — not rushing, not cutting corners. That told me everything I needed to know about their hygiene standards.

For someone who avoids public restrooms with every fiber of my being…
this was a pleasant and unexpected 10/10.

Clean restroom = clean kitchen.
Clean restroom = managers who care.
Clean restroom = customers who feel safe.

I truly appreciated this level of respect for guests.

First time at this location. This is a true 5-star dining experience. A beautiful, clean restaurant. Was the VERY FIRST TIME that the breadsticks and Alfredo sauce had come out at the same time - at any other OG never had. Kiersten was our server and was great at checking in on us for additional salad or soup

Our experience with Analiya was disappointing. She didn’t pay attention, ignored multiple requests for salad dressing, and never brought extra breadsticks or salad. At one point, she left a knife on the floor, which was a safety hazard. When serving Parmesan, she walked away without asking if we wanted more, and we didn’t get the usual chocolates at the end of our meal.

We spoke to the manager, who admitted her service was poor and offered us a credit. While we appreciate the gesture, the bad experience was enough for us to decide not to come back.

Dirty silverware, napkins smelled horrible 😢 floor could have been cleaner. New server... you could tell.
