Charlie is the Michelin star chef of the dive bar world and Kat will make you a cocktail meaner than her bite. I highly recommend if you are looking for a place that knows your name and what you drink.

Only came for drinks. The place was nicely set up. The service was good. Had multiple people come and ask how we were doing on our drinks and it seemed like the drinks were reasonably priced (I didn't look at the detailed bill just overall was cheaper then I expected).
