There’s always an issue with this location. I made a pick up order online and when my husband got there to pick up my order, they didn’t have the items that were listed online. That was the only thing that I wanted, and when I asked how long it would take to make white rice they said 45 minutes. I don’t know what rice takes 45 minutes to make. They just don’t ever keep anything filled. They never have great customer service. I just won’t continue to come to this location.

Every time I go to Panda, any location, the employees are never friendly. I’m not expecting red-carpet treatment, but a little personality or basic kindness would be nice.

But what really gets me is the sauce situation. How do you give ONE sauce when someone has ordered three or four different plates of food? Now we’re all sitting around trying to decide who gets the sauce and who has to wait until “next time.” It’s ridiculous. Like I have to make it a point to ask for more sauce but if I forget, I’m human, I’ll get none. I’ve also been told you can’t give more sauces.

For the amount we pay for a meal, why in the HE double hockey sticks are we begging for sauces? Seriously why is one teriyaki sauce the standard when everyone is eating full plates of food? I mean the employees act like napkins and sauces are coming out there check.

I’m sorry, but I’m just over it. Panda needs to do better.

At 630 p.m. October 20, 25, 4 people in line, 1 employee.. slow service, one employee was seated in the dining hall eating with another visitor. Was called to assist, assuming the employees lunch was over-stalled, and returned minuteslater. Not fair service at dinner time.

Found hair in my plate and then I returned it got another plate and found hair again!! as well as my cousins plate of food. Don’t recommend this location at all. 🤢

Amazing amazing experience, I’ve been coming to this local Panda Express for 13 years. Since I was a kid lol it’s always amazing and the employees are always so friendly. Today we had Ms. Karla, and she always treats us as her kids haha. She is such a ray of sunshine. If you have not tried Panda Express i must recommend this location and go when they first open for the best experience. It’s always clean, and fresh, a quiet and calm way to start the day!!

Many people order via mobile pick-up as many of us as are working people who need something quick and efficient to pick-up during our lunch breaks. There was one person working the line while 6 people with mobile orders were waiting with no update while customers being in line are actively being tended to with no movement on mobile orders. If this is the expectation, then mobile orders should just be discontinued as we would have to wait the same amount of time regardless. Absolutely unacceptable. And I can’t even cancel my order. 0/10. But then again, I’m not surprised.

This location is a sorry excuse for a business. Every single worker tonight had a foul attitude. They were behind on orders and completely ignored online orders. The order was set to be finished by 7:15, and when we got there, we were still left waiting until after 7:40. When we asked when it would be ready we were told they don’t know. We also couldn’t cancel the order.. because they went ahead and marked it as complete.. though they had not even started the food.. we waited all that time, and then the worker didn’t even hand us the food. She looked at us and put it on a shelf, know it was for us, and that we were the last ones she had helped, even after the people making new orders. When we got home, we opened it, and there was barely any food in there.. the scoop of rice was like it was a children’s scoop. Over all, the whole experience was just really foul and I’ll be making sure that everyone knows that Panda Express employees don’t care about basic human decency, let alone the needs of paying customers. It’s honestly just really sad that the employees care so little.
