Just like all of the other locations around the central Florida area. The only food that is readily available here are all of the fried foods that are overly sweetened and overly salty.
There is never any string bean chicken readily available here at any time throughout the day, barely any other grilled or steamed options as well.
I think it’s time Panda Express revisits the menu and maybe have more grilled proteins with veggies available.
Every day that I come here along with the other locations in the area, the only thing they have out ready is orange chicken, two other types of fried chickens and almost nothing with vegetables available.
This is so extremely disappointing every single time I visit Panda Express

Emily is what every customer service associate should strive to be! She is quick, diligent, and overall a pleasant person. I would come back to this location just for her!

Would have like more options such as a chicken and vegetables dish. But food was good. But, could not find a clean table.

Not worth the stop here. They didn't have most of the items ready. They didn't even have fried rice ready. The service took way to long. Honest the worst panda experience ever. Won't be coming back here until something changes.

One of the great things I’ve noticed about Panda Express is the good, consistency they have in their food…. Unfortunately, this placed has challenged that reputation. Rice is bland and the food just felt off.
I dine in every 15 days and never had complain but Today its 11am and they still not open and even there is someone inside they don’t even have the time to come and give any explanation of why they are not open yet .
I don't appreciate being made to wait for Fried Rice (the base of my meal), only for it to have ZERO flavor, not even salt or soy. If I wanted fried rice that is only white rice with veggies, I'd make it at home.

Terrible service. Waiting for them to make orange chicken proceeded to serve every one in line before filling our order while were there at least 10 minutes before. Tried to charge us again when finally filling the order. Another customer was also forgotten about.

Ordered off grub hub and didn't give driver my drink... So now I have a meal and no damn drink. I'm in town for a trip so it's a major inconvenience

i stopped by to pick up my order before work and simply asked if the sauce for my crab rangoons was in the bag. I wasn’t being rude — I just wanted to double-check because sauces are often forgotten and I didn’t want to have to come back.
One employee asked the person who packed the order, and she responded with “I don’t know, I made that like 10 orders ago,” which already felt dismissive. I said it was fine, and another employee kindly offered to grab sauce for me.
That’s when the first employee took the bag, looked inside, and said in a rude tone, “You can literally see there’s sauce in the bag.”
I wasn’t digging through the bag — I was just asking a simple question. Customer service doesn’t require a fake smile, but it does require basic respect, especially when the customer is being polite.
Shoutout to the other employee who tried to help, and gave me some sauce! but the unnecessary attitude ruined the experience. I work in food service too, so I get stress — this was just uncalled for.

There’s always an issue with this location. I made a pick up order online and when my husband got there to pick up my order, they didn’t have the items that were listed online. That was the only thing that I wanted, and when I asked how long it would take to make white rice they said 45 minutes. I don’t know what rice takes 45 minutes to make. They just don’t ever keep anything filled. They never have great customer service. I just won’t continue to come to this location.

Every time I go to Panda, any location, the employees are never friendly. I’m not expecting red-carpet treatment, but a little personality or basic kindness would be nice.
But what really gets me is the sauce situation. How do you give ONE sauce when someone has ordered three or four different plates of food? Now we’re all sitting around trying to decide who gets the sauce and who has to wait until “next time.” It’s ridiculous. Like I have to make it a point to ask for more sauce but if I forget, I’m human, I’ll get none. I’ve also been told you can’t give more sauces.
For the amount we pay for a meal, why in the HE double hockey sticks are we begging for sauces? Seriously why is one teriyaki sauce the standard when everyone is eating full plates of food? I mean the employees act like napkins and sauces are coming out there check.
I’m sorry, but I’m just over it. Panda needs to do better.
