Took 30 minutes from the time I ordered my food in person until I actually received my food. I order and 2 of the items had to be made and I said that was fine but then as other people ordered the other stuff I ordered before the new people in line ran out so then again they had to make more of the food I ordered. They could have made part of my order that they had available but for some reason they waited

I had a great experience today at this panda express. I had a personal issue at this location and Sergio and his team were very helpful, nice and resourceful and helped me solve my issue. We had great service and experience. The food was great as always. we will be going back soon! thank you!!

Woman serving food was taking money, using keys on register, and literally using her phone non stop the whole time, all while actually serving the food (this is a violation of law)
Waited about 15 to 20 minutes for my order, because the pot heads cooking the food were too high to do their job. Then had to deal with the woman who clearly should not be handling food.
She tried to keep 5 dollars of my change ( she was not at all surprised when I called her out , and didn't even bother counting the change she gave back to me....she knew exactly what she was doing...)

The food at this location was terrible. Maybe it was an off day, but the food was not fresh. Paid $2 for egg rolls and didn't get past the first bite. The Chow Mein was dry and tasteless. The Broccoli Beef was more broccoli than beef - two pieces of beef does not make the dish. The orange chicken was decent, but also was not fresh at all. Paid a premium for the angus steak but it was more mushrooms than steak. Probably won't use this location in the future. I don't recommend it at all.

The worst customer service! Found a bug in my food. I took the food back and got a refund. My annoyance is in the way the matter was handled. The manager without an acknowledgement, apology, or empathy just took the receipt did the refund and had me wait. Kudos to Octavio who handled it the proper way. He listened, acknowledged and understood my frustration, and apologized for the situation. I know that nothing could be done but don't pretend nothing happened.

Very bad service, I’ve been waiting to pick up an order I made more than 30 minutes ago for a single plate of food and others who came in received their orders first, I repeated that I was still waiting and they ignored me, very bad service for those who place their orders online
