I went in just to pick up my order, but there were a lot of unhappy customers in there.I requested napkins and teriyaki for my order, did not receive them.75% rice...not happy about that.

Almost no entries ready. Orange chicken was ten minutes out. Sweet fire chicken was down to the pineapple. There was almost no line either, how could they let it get this low? Almost 8pm the cook looked like he was in a hurry to go. Next time I stop at a different panda.

Just avoid. They run out of everything all the time.

I ordered 4 meals. I had to wait for rice and for two entree items. Once I got my meal home the rice had hard bits in it and the chicken wasn't even cut all the way through. Cost too much to wait forever and the food still not cooked right.

Super busy and always understaffed. Every time I come here, most the customers are unhappy. I will not come here

I waited 10 minutes to place an order. A young woman came in behind me 5 minutes after me. The guy working in the back went around me and took her order . I told him I was in front of her. He looked at me and rolled his eyes. I left and went to 5 guys, they are really busy and still took my order right away. It was a better choice anyway.

I’ve been to this location twice and both times I was greeted with the most distasteful service. The first time I went I asked the older lady if she could add extra teriyaki chicken to my plate. She looked at me and said and I quote “No.” Then went on to say “That’s the right portion.” Notice I didn’t ask if it was the right portion, I asked if I could have extra. Most recently when I went, a young Hispanic lady served me. Suffice to say she had the most unwelcoming and disrespectful demeanor. Her tone of voice and body language was that of an individual who clearly has had no home training, much less someone who should be working in the food industry. She was passive aggressive and dismissive the entire time and to say the least it left a very sour taste in my mouth. Do not go to this location, the food is average at best and the customer service is trash. Save your money.

Lunch here was fine. It's a really nice location with a lot of seating. Some of the employees weren't the friendliest, but the food was great.I got the entree plate with orange and teriyaki chicken, which was good. The rice was a little dry, and the egg rolls taste like they're not fresh.Parking: Parking was good.

Walked in and food and trash on the floor in the dining room. Ordered honey sesame chicken and Beijing beef. Both where DRY and tough to chew with very little sauce. Green beans where soggy and brownish in color. The vegetables in the chow mein where also wilted and brown. I had a similar experience last time but gave another chance but the quality is not there. I will not be going back to this panda express and honestly maybe not any panda express again. Oh i forgot about the rice. I have had undercooked rice that was softer smh could not and would not eat it. Worse plate of food I've had in years. Hands down.
