I do not like the dark brew coffee.I came in at 4 PM asked if they. Could brew some light roast but was told they were not allowed to after 2 PMFunny other Panera restaurants will do it.Also Dark Roast is out . I have been waiting 15 minutes for coffee!

I always enjoy the soups however the Stake & Cheese sandwich was tasty but the meat was so skimpy it's so not worth the price we paid for our pick 2. I will not be ordering this sandwich again.

Haven't visited this one in years due to very poor service and lack of menu. Tried it today and it seems to be a bit better. Not great but at least good enough for a last minute dinner pick up.

Standard Panera but the food is good and there are a lot of seats here. There’s also an indoor fireplace that they turn on during the winter which is nice if you want to feel cozy

This was probably one of the best Panera experiences I’ve ever had. Although this location does not have a drive-through, which I was disappointed about they definitely made up for it and customer service. Everybody that I interacted with was very pleasant and I really appreciate their service.

The food is good for comfort and healthier alternatives.
Employees are very immature and unprofessional. I ordered a meal for takeout. Got home and they accidentally gave me mac & cheese instead of soup. I drove back. Went to the counter where all four employees were standing there talking to each other. When I told him what happened he responded by saying oh I got you. Gave me the soup did not apologize for the inconvenience they were pretty much standing there laughing. Management definitely needs to enforce basic customer service skills.

Pick two was delicious as we had the veggie sandwich and the caesar salad and both were tasty.Only area for improvement was the speed of service and there was some lettuce in the salad which should not have been put in.
