David gave great customer service to our group. Wonderful meeting room, and the food was delicious! Love that the proceeds from the Valentine Day cookies goes to the Children's Hospital.

Sloooooooow! Bro! The app said on the shelf as I arrived right on time. A dirty tedious lie this was! I waited 12 more minutes (for pastries) just for them to tell me they don't have any more brownies! Then offered me a COOKIE instead! Cheap AND LAZY?

I went for grilled cheese and tomato soup today for lunch. It's so cold in Orlando. Excellent! So was Vicky, the cashier who assisted me. When you wonder where customer service went, Vicky has nailed it. What a wonderful person! Thank you for making my experience and lunch one to remember!

You can tell Panera Bread is hurting. You see this happen with many companies. Management and service quality goes down, then that quickly translates to poor quality food. Premade heat up food, thin portions of meat probably uses fillers to stretch the dollar. I’ve decided I rather go to a real bakery not the low quality food and service at Panera.

I love this Panera because I come here almost everyday. It’s right next to my work. Ms.Vicky is the highlight of the building. Standing here waiting for my pick up order today, I realize now it is so late because we prioritize employee/corporate orders over the customers’. I love that people are waiting on food and coffees ant the pick up area and there is a line at the register. Your employees are swimming in the weeds, but as long as you in the corner on your laptop get your food and coffee, the world must be alright. Ridiculous. My order, a coffee and toast with some avocado, was supposed to be ready at 9:09. It’s 9:21 and I just got it. Do better.

If you are lucky enough to get Vicky as your server your day will be complete. What a delightful soul.

I was really really craving some avocado toast and didn't realize it was only offered before 11am. The kind young lady, Courtney, at the register noticed my disappointment as she let me know they only serve avocado toast till 11am but quickly offered to make it herself for me as it was 2:30pm in the afternoon! With the understanding there are protocols that need to be followed and exceptions and accommodations can't happen all the time, Courtney made a great judgement call and went above and beyond to take care of her guest. Avocado toast was delicious but Courtney's service was by far the most impressive part of my dining experience.

I had a disappointing experience at this Panera Bread location. The atmosphere was not what I expected; the place felt unclean, and there were some inappropriate behaviors happening inside. There were no full drink options available, and the front service left much to be desired. The food itself was decent, but the place had a musty odor. I believe a remodel and better management could significantly improve the overall experience.

What can I say? So nice to be able to order from a person not a machine. Customer service was very friendly and kind from Jordan , who took my order to the young gentleman at the pickup counter and young lady who helped me also!! Thank you all for letting me enjoy a very yummy meal from start to finish

Give a 4 star for the atmosphere because the young lady was fabulous who took my order. To the two young men who decided to service after drowning it in balsamic vinegar with 3 pieces of lettuce highly disappointed. I asked for more and I get it it’s closing but if you can’t service certain items before closing at least let someone know beforehand.
