I would give this a zero star if I could. employees need to go back to school cause obviously they don’t know how to read the orders correctly

I would like to share my experience regarding my recent order from Papa John's located at 380 S State Road 434 in Altamonte Springs, FL32714. The female manager of that store who is supposed to handle high volume of calls and customers did not even apologize for the inconvenience and frustration I encountered with the delivery of my vegetarian pizza

It is unacceptable that i had to wait an extended period of time and felt misled during my communication with this manager who refused to accept the responsibility and even hung up on me when I asked about her name .

I hope my complaint and feedback is forwarded to the corporate management team to address the issue at this particular location in Altamonte Springs FL and take appropriate action. I would like to assure everybody that I did not receive my pizza until this moment

In the meantime, I’m waiting for the refund of $38.86 for the lack of delivery.

If I could rate lower I would! I went to picked up a mobile order and as I’m waiting watching the workers do there thing; I new worker walk in from outside and proceed to work in the food without washing his hands. Then the other worker proceeds to ring someone out and go right back to the food without washing no hand washing. Absolutely disgusting!!! The workers shirts were covered in flour showing they have no comprehension of a clean kitchen using their shirts a rags.

My 70 year old father and mother go here every single week for wings and a thin crust cheese with extra cheese square cut. It was burnt and over cooked (pizza only) when he called the guy who said he was a manager told my dad he made it and hung up on him. I then called back asking to speak to the manager and his name please and he said I DONT HAVE TO GIVE THAT… so I know it was him which was fine.. I went on to explain and he said that he store policy requires it to be brought (AT NIGHT THEY ARE IN THERE 70’s) and it not be eaten off of for a credit or refund. I told my father from now on he will have to drive further because my mother who has stage iv cancer was so upset when she heard how he talked to my dad and hanging up on him. I called corporate and they are supposed to call back in 48 hours but it’s not even about anything free … it’s the way he treated my father. These young punks think because someone is older you can treat and talk to them anyway. My dad is one of the most pleasant people you could meet and to he treated that way boiled me. I am not going to stop on this because they are going to blow this over and I want that call pulled so they can hear it and discipline the employee/MANAGER! This was the supervisor who did this. I am not letting this go because if we are lucky we will be elders one day and this is what makes people snap and get hurt. Completely disrespectful and again … my dad even told him the wings are great it’s just this pizza. Plain thin cheese extra and I could see the crust from the picture when he FaceTimed me upset. It took everything for us to prevent him from going back down there. How dare this boy act like he did. My dad only walks in to order because he’s old fashioned and waits on his order. Ugh this person disgusts me I am done with them for myself too because of the verbal abuse to my father. If you have been treated bad here or her bad service please do something about it because stuff like this has to stop.

I guess because y'all are a franchise and not a corporate y'all don't have to follow what the website says and so after I've worked all day and placed my order and y'all took my money then y'all decide to call me and tell me oh we're not going to deliver to you we can go ahead and cancel your order and hopefully you'll get your money back real great customer service

I order because it’s convenience for me after a 12 hour work. But it’s always a disappointment because there is always something wrong with my order. Tonight I ordered breadsticks and it gets delivered without marinara sauce. Every time I order garlic sauce too it always comes missing.
And contactless means you delivering to my door not me having to walk to the lobby outside my apartment to get it. And still expect tip.

Always disappointed in the service from here. Hate ordering from this location.
Management should be double checking orders before they leave the store. People don't have time for delivery people to come back and fix the problem when the food it's cold now.

We just moved to a new area and were excited at how close a Papa John’s is. After reading some reviews I was hesitant to order but we really wanted papa John’s so we went for it. My husband picked it up and everything was perfectly done, delicious, and we got exactly what we ordered. Will order from there again, hoping to continue having good service.

The female manager is very rude. Called me last minute to tell me my pizza was ready. That they won’t deliver to my apartment complex that I had to pick it up or go elsewhere. So I pick it up return home and the Pizza was cold and was not cut at all. When I called to explain the situation she was rude and hung up on me. I called back and asked her why she hung up and she claimed I got disconnected. So when I asked her why she didn’t call me back on the number that showed up on her caller id she said she was too busy to deal with my problems. So I had to go back up there and she refused me service. Told me to go somewhere else to get my kids dinner. $37 dollars spent and no damn food.

The service was great - fast, polite, really professional. Unfortunately, the quality of Papa John’s pizza has really decided - I haven’t ordered from them since pre-2020, and it felt like I was paying more for food where the quality of the ingredients was really less, compared to its old self.

All in all, a real let-down. I’m really disappointed.

Ordered a few pizzas and never received them. The driver delivered to the wrong house. Emily the rude manger was no help.

I called to have my order fixed and replaced and the woman who answered said they dont do that & I got hung up on. Attempted to call back and just place the order and she mustve been skimming my calls, she wouldn't pick the phone back up.

"We're busy. We can't be expected to get every order right." Then I got hung up on. The "general manager" answered and told me that I was transferred to a new call center. Surprisingly, she had gotten a call about my order, Even though the person who originally answered saying the store was jammed. How would someone in another state know that? I won't be ordering again. I don't expect to have something close to what I ordered. I paid $40 for three small things. I want those things and I don't want to be hung up on.
