My wife ordered a plain cheese pizza for our kids tonight. We order from here at least once a week . It was taking a little longer than usual so my wife decided to check the app. Upon checking the app she learned that the order was cancelled. She the. Called the store directly and a person who did not identify there name. My wife nicely inquired about when the pizza may arrive. This person was rude from the get go. Asked for the order number and then said since we pranked the order that they cancelled it and then hung up the phone. Never ordering from PJ again.

I was quoted 55 minute delivery and it took over 2.5 hours. Kim the assistant manager would not help me resolve the issue when I was told I had a credit for my inconvenience by the other manager and hung up on me without resolving the issue. Terrible customer service would not recommend this store.

Hey this location is not as good they overcook the pizzas and don’t put enough sauce I think they could do better, take yourself to the one in Mills over by winter park so much better.

Where to start!!! My wife and I ordered a pizza to be delivered to our house yesterday for our child and babysitter. We FINALLY got a a date night, reservations at a nice restaurant and plans afterward. We told the babysitter that the pizza was on the way and we left to enjoy our evening. We had just sat down at the restaurant when the babysitter said that the pizza never came and our child was getting really hungry! My wife called the store and was abruptly told that I had changed the order to pickup. We needed to pick it up. (Lie #1) Then she was transferred to another person which was supposed to be a manager and she said, that I not only changed it to pickup but that I had already picked up the pizza!! (Lie #2) My wife explained that on the tracker, it said that "Anthony" had delivered the pizza to the house. The supposed manager became enraged and said that I had pickup the pizza and had given them the correct phone number. It was impossible that they made a mistake. (Lie #3) at this point, my wife laughed and said there was no way that my husband picked it up because he is sitting next to me in a restaurant across town! The supposed manager screamed into the phone that it was picked up and they were not refunding our money nor would make another pizza and send it to the house. Needless to say, we had to order Uber Eats to be delivered and we will now dispute the charge from Papa Johns with our credit card. If the supposed manager is reading this, remember the customer is always right. I never pickup the pizza nor did I change anything. Get over yourself. Rest assured that you won't have to deal with us again! You pizza is going down hill anyways and there are much better options out there to deal with people like you. That is all!

I place my order at 4pm and it was 7pm and I still didn’t receive my order on my break I went there only to find out they stop taken delivery at 4pm and it’s no where in their website that said that.. and went I went I try to explain myself how I been put on hold for almost two and one one call me to explain that they cancel my order the manager looked like she didn’t care….never again PAPA JOHN

Sunday movie date totally ruined by new Halloween pizza style. First time that I received a pizza like this by the careless driver. Also ordered two different flavors (Garlic Parmesan & Honey Chipotle ) of wings and received the same flavor twice. Did want to mention the manager who was very apologetic about the situation & offered a credit due to the store closing soon and was unable to send a remake of the mess we received. To all Papa John's employees & drivers; please think about the people that are hungry at home and are expecting good service and quality food.

I called in on 9-22-2023 around 5:00. I needed one small gluten free pizza for a team pizza party for my sons little league team. The guy was very rude and said "it would take at least a hour and a half to deliver" I said it was for pick up he rudely responded with "it's still a hour and a half wait they're very busy"! I asked if there was another papa johns near by. He said yes I asked where it was he said to "google it" and hung up. Very rude and unprofessional. No need to give your standard response offering me a empty apology and bullcrap discount I won't be returning. Just talk to your employees and have them do better. I worked in fast food for years and understand the stress when it's gets really busy but he was out of line and shouldn't be allowed to deal with costumers
