Paris Banh Mi Altamonte Springs

I’m a big fan of bank mi but rarely find the.where we’re at. We were down in altamont and decided to give this place a try.
The owner (or manager?) took our order and served us. He was kind, gracious and very helpful. A pleasure to meet and interact with.
I tried the standard bank mi, pork and my wife tried the half mozzarella corn doe for a kick.

The bread was a delight, lightly crispy outer shell, nice and chewy. The sandwich was tasty.
The half cheese corn dog was an interesting twist. I think she would have preferred the all hot dog or all cheese version more but when someone says they have a corn cheese dog, you just have to say yes and try it! It’s better the kids adore them. We’re borderline old farts so maybe not as adventurous.

I’d very much like to try it again and sample the bbq pork bank mi and she wants to try the Raman crusted dog next.

I’ll stress again that the staff and the owner/manager were all super up beat and helpful and extremely nice.

Very clean place, it had an upscale feel.

So glad we gave it a try.

March 13 2025 they are lazy to prepare something before closing 15 min, for every question girl said to me “we are out of this”, I’ll not return in this place again never in my life, poor service, lack of communication, it was my favorite place for more than 1 year. There was a family cute business place, now there is only lazy teenagers

Bahn mi was delish bbq pork with pate, i love the bread. the potstickers were not so great, deep fried & dry.

Donuts are ok, the ice tea 🫖 was good, but service was awful as you need to wait for your coffee like 20-min as per they stating they only had one coffee machine, but the people behind all of us got their coffee faster 😖- not for me, not retuning.

Presentation was great
Ordered to go. Was not happy with portion size of sliced cheesecake. We ordered three and each one is a different size for $8.00. We are happy with portions of the key West and mango pudding/moose cups. The donut was baked perfect with rich cream.

The chicken Bahn mi was ok, so was the grilled Bahn mi. They weren't bad but they wasn't phenomenal either. The lychee fruit tea was really good.

These Banh Mi's were delicious! First time trying them at Paris Banh Mi and must say we will be back. They were FRESH, and staff greeted us.... And they all had a smile on their faces. Pastry's looked good, and the drinks were also very tasty. I had the B7, and my wife had the B2. Just a heads up, they use Fresh Jalapeños for the non spicy peeps out there 🌶.

I went there because the high reviews but this doesn’t make any sense at all. The donuts look good but the service is horrible. Over 30 minutes wait for espressos and boba teas, and you have to be all over them about your order because it’s a mess. They said they will heat up the pastries, they just leave them in the back and come out cold again. Other people were upset because their orders wouldn’t come out. Bad experience overall.

I brought the Carmel Cheesecake.. It was okay. I just needed a little more flavor as far as a carmel taste. However, the customer service was amazing! I will most definitely be back to try more things on the menu to give more reviews and updates.

I got taro boba tea I asked for less sweet and it was not less at all extremely sweet. Made me nauseous and 1 dollar extra charge for boba and there was not enough boba. For me it’s no no.

Love the ambiance of this place. Chic and perfect spot for cute insta pictures.
They have a good selection of pastries, Boba tea and even sandwiches.
The service is a bit slow, but the staff was pretty helpful to recommend options for me, as I am vegetarian.

The food in itself is very good and deserves a 5 stars; However, the Viennoiseries are not always fresh. It depend on your luck, you may get there when they are new and they taste delicious, or you may get there days after, and they taste stale... The price is not cheap, so to have stale viennoiseries is a turn off...

I went to the place a few times, but was turned off. I may try again, but without high expectations anymore.

EDIT: I returned a couple of more times. The first time, I was lucky and their viennoiseries were fresh. But the next two times, they were stale.
I asked their employees if they were fresh, because I don't want them if they are day(s) old, and they said they were fresh... Once back home (literally 10min later), found that taste and texture of yesterday's taste (Slightly stale)...
They are not cheap, so you just end up getting upset about it. Got tired of it, and it has been months that I didn't return and don't plan to return. Too bad...

I was scammed at this place. I bought a croissant with pistachio filling and it was literally hollow inside.
