The food & service was great! Meat thoroughly cooked without being burned. The noodles have flavor & not greasy. The vegetables are all the way cooked & moist; taste so fresh! The customer service was great as well! We eat a lot of places & trust me. There food is good & worry the price👍🏽we came on a Monday & ordered two 3 item combo plates w/ a chicken roll.

I was craving lettuce wraps and crab wontons and Pei Wei did not disappoint! The people here are great and the food was awesome. Would love to show you a picture, but I ate it too fast. 😊

Food is always top notch but the servers talk too much negativity in Spanish. Be kind to your customers. The world will be a better place. Thank you.

Just bought two orders like an hr ago. When I got home and started eating the rice was sour. I had to throw both plates away. I tried calling and no one picked up.

The food has always been very good, but my displeasure is due to the experience while ordering via UberEATS. An order was placed and cancelled IMMEDIATELY after, yet Uber charged me and their official explanation is that the restaurant "INFORMED UBER THAT THEY HAD ALREADY STARTED TO PREPARE THE ORDER" which is absolutely untrue. I demanded to see the time-stamp for both the order and cancellation and I was proven right. The order was cancelled SECONDS after. It doesn't matter how tasty or quality the product is, with this type of unfair practice I may have lost money, but the restaurant and app will lose me as a customer and everyone else I can spread the word to.

Service lacks big time. Paid $30 for food and when I asked for a water cup, the employee told me, “not today”. Petty over a water cup? Really? Food was out at 6pm & said they wouldn’t make any more of multiple items. Also, whoever the girl was that worked on 7/16/24 at 6pm doesn’t know the difference between white meat & dark meat. Maybe educate the employees a little bit on customer service & the food they’re serving.

One star rating nobody will pick up the phone at the restaurant order was placed inside the restaurant and it was given to me incorrectly I found out after I had driven all the way home Very disappointed in the service and quality of the food for the price.

as of 9:25am on Thursday, May 30th. i have thrown up 20+ times in the past 10 hours from eating here yesterday. i got food poisoning after eating here around 3 yesterday. very scary experience considering they seemed so nice. but i’m still sick.

? Food: 8/10?️ Portions: 9/10✅Quality: 8/10The orange chicken and sesame chicken are sweet and delicious, rice and noodles taste amazing as well. We love this place so much! Every time we finish shopping we go to the food court to order. Fast service, clean place and everything is so delicious. The guy on the cashier is so friendly??
