The Pei Wei organization as a whole is good. However, this express service was horrible. The food was not fresh. Looked like it stayed out all day. The egg rolls were iced cold but hot outside. The employees looked like they had no desire to be at work. Bad experience. Won’t be coming back.

The orange chicken and sesame chicken are sweet and delicious, rice and noodles taste amazing as well. We love this place so much! Every time we finish shopping we go to the food court to order. Fast service, clean place and everything is so delicious. The guy on the cashier is so friendly??

We came here yesterday and I will say the service was friendly and quick however we all 3 got sick from the food. We ordered chicken fried rice, yum yum shrimp, egg rolls, crab ragoons, and chicken with broccoli.
Now im wondering if it was so quick because it was undercooked....

Mongolian beef… was uncooked…. Disgusting and I couldn’t even pick it up it was the whole plate. and we were charged for 3 entrees instead of two. I thought greens were an option for the base according to the menu on the wall. Food poisoning today. Never again.

Had to wait over 30 minutes in line because they were doing online orders while having a long line. Then ran out of chicken and gave the person behind me fresh chicken that I wanted. Literally the worst Pei Wei I’ve ever been to. Don’t come here. Save yourself the time and go to Chao Cajun right next door.

Some of the rudest employees I've ever met. The woman behind the counter raised her voice to me when I was starting my order. I just left and ordered next door. I highly recommend eating at pei wei instead!
