Joellen was an absolute Gem!! We are on vacation from Michigan and she made our day with incredible service and the food was outstanding. Next time we’re down we will be back

The customer should always be given clean dishes! There was lipstick on the rim of my coffee cup. That is completely unacceptable. How does that even happen? Is there no one around to ensure the dishes are clean after they are washed? It seems like every location is gross these days. This was my first time eating there in about 15 years and I won't be returning due to cleanliness issues. 🤮

I recently went to Perkins on 436 in Altamonte for an early dinner. My server, Joellen, was amazing! She was very informative regarding the menu, she was very attentive to our table the entire time. She is a shining star in your restaurant! I will be back because of her wonderful service!!

Today, I went to the restaurant and was seated by a server. I waited for them to take my order. However, I observed servers walking by and ignoring me, while another group of Caucasian customers arrived and were served promptly. I am not typically one to cry racism, but this experience was unsettling. I left and went to Outback Steakhouse instead.
