This place at the mall it’s very convenient, the location it is always very clean but nobody seem to be interested, I do think the food and drinks are very overpriced for what you get, I really would like for menu to be more clear and descriptive of the items, the coconut drinks it is extremely sweet with the lychee popping boba, the mango strawberry it is a little more flavorful and balanced, the kiwi popping boba it is delicious the lady was very friendly they don’t talk much!

Unfortunately the last two visits here resulted in getting something different from what I ordered. The older Asian man lied straight to my face about the smoothie having milk in it. He then instructed the woman working there to lie to me and say it didn’t have milk in it. Here’s your well earned 1 star review!

Definitely not worth it, $8 for a smoothie with no actual fruit, just artificial flavors. The smoothie also has an awkward after taste.

Usually, we get the Vietnamese coffee from here but ordered one today and it tasted terrible. The owner refused to give us a refund or exchange and denied multiple times that there was something wrong with the coffee. Shame that the management / owners treated us like this because the coffee used to be good but this time it tasted rotten.

Amazing, authentic Vietnamese food. I'm normally not a fan of mall food courts, and the atmosphere here is no exception. The food, however makes it worth the trip. I enjoyed both the beef pho and and pork banh mi.
