I've witnessed significant improvements at this location, thanks to exceptional service and dedication. Jamiah stands out as an outstanding team member, showcasing impressive organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first approach. Her efforts ensure minimal wait times and a seamless experience. Moreover, the food quality has noticeably improved. Kudos to Jamiah and the team for their hard work!

No stars is what is deserved. Go down the road to Papa John’s instead. We were ordering pizza after a very long day of work. It was about 10pm. Our $60+ order was showed as delivered but there was nothing at our door. We even checked the other side of our building in case they went to the wrong unit. Nothing. We tried to call but the store was conveniently already closed. Emailed corporate (or I guess just customer service cause I feel corporate would actually do something about this store by now) and we were told that the store has to reach out to us about the refund and to wait 3 days. It’s been 3 weeks and we haven’t received a call or email. Definitely will be calling customer service to speak to a higher up cause this is really ridiculous. Who knows if we’ll even get the money back. We should’ve read the reviews, but you wouldn’t think a pizza chain like this would have such poor service and nothing be done about it.

Worst customer service ever the young lady didn’t want to get my order said they are almost closing I told her I had an online order placed now then she said we don’t have dough! So what is it? They made me drive there for nothing almost midnight so I can’t order! This is messed up zero accountability and terrible customer service if they don’t wanna work don’t hire people like that lazy that don’t wanna work!!!!!

Didn't receive my order says it was delivered but wasn't now i have to go though trying to get a refund and go without food for the night cause it to late to go anywhere else

Just moved to the area and I must say I’ll never order from this Pizza Hut again! To be lied to is one thing but to think that my kids want to eat pizza that was dried out and hard as cardboard is crazy to me! The presentation of the pizza alone would’ve made you think that it was a pizza that was premade and it sat up in a delivery bag! Not to mention the melt smh it was hard as a rock to where it stuck me in my gums but I was told that’s how it comes HARD! NOT CRISPY or CRUNCHY but HARD ND OVER COOKED like the one I received I’m sure I know the difference between the 3 I was talked to as if I didn’t know the difference.. and to not get a full refund for what I paid for was crazy aswell especially when the food seemed to had been old and over cooked it wasnt even hot and I live maybe a mile or less from the store so it should of still been hot and FRESH from the oven

Ordered delivery. Saw the delivery driver leaving the area couldn’t get his attention. No idea where he delivered the food but it wasn’t my house. Tried to contact the store. 30 minutes later no one picks up the phone. Try to call general customer service and they hang up on you. At this point just trying to get a refund for food I never even got.
