Lazy worker's, poor communication on how long order was actually going to take. Waited half an hour for order to be ready to deliver.

I walked in a the cashier didn't even say hi, she just ask what I need, I told her I ordered only and she walked away. I tried calling her back to ask for something else but since she had her earpods she didn't listen. I think employees need to be aware of the people more than their music.
In the receipt the name comes as y_and.

Had a horrible time when I went there two days ago they couldn’t find my order in the system the GM she came to the register and she had an attitude. She told me that since she can’t find my order and a system that I would have to wait for everybody else order to be taken even though I was there before everybody in order to get my issue resolved She also left the register And did not help me.

No Pizza Hut or Fast food place in general is perfect. But the manager at this location, went above and beyond at correcting the mistakes on my order. Would highly recommend.

No mushrooms and knew they didn't have it yet still took my money ,then I wanted a refund and they refused stating they have a no refund policy so you basically stole my money under false promises and this is not fraud how ???????

Jamiah was the best server ever. Was delightful over the phone. And made sure my order was on point. Will definitely order from store more, better customer service than the other pizza companies in the area. She definitely deserves a raise!

The service is great and also your cashier Jamiah is very customer oriented always a big smile when you come in and helpful and very attentive to your order. Long time you don't see a young person so dedicated to her job.

This is my favorite spot, The ladies in there works so hard, Especially Jamiah today is Thursday. The two ladies that are working there deserve a raise. They are awesome Thursday, May 8, 2025 7:10 PM.

I've witnessed significant improvements at this location, thanks to exceptional service and dedication. Jamiah stands out as an outstanding team member, showcasing impressive organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first approach. Her efforts ensure minimal wait times and a seamless experience. Moreover, the food quality has noticeably improved. Kudos to Jamiah and the team for their hard work!
