Pizza Hut

I recently ordered from this location for delivery. Not only was my delivery 15 mins late but I received CHINESE FOOD for another person. When I called to ask for a refund, I was told no refund would be allowed and only a store credit applied. Which I was fine with however, the manager gave me nothing. No store credit. No proof I would get my $30.24 back. The reason why, I quote “There is a Chinese restaurant next to our store so they must have gotten the orders mixed up.” I understand mistakes happen we are human however, the Chinese food was seafood which I cannot eat so I went to McDonalds and spent more money. I still have not received a credit from the store manager and my food was never delivered.

THIS WAS THE WORSE EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH WHEN HAVING A ORDER DELIVERED!!!…I don’t know if it’s the company, the delivery company or whoever I just know if I’m not picking it up I WILL NEVER ORDER DELIVERY…if I could give 0 stars I will !!!!!

I ordered the big New Yorker and it was one of the driest pizzas I have ever had. Hardly no cheese just like pink tint it pizza sauce. I took it back and they refuse to issue me a refund, the only person in there remade it and again it was dry and bare. I ordered this several times before and it was great when I complained and asked for her manager she said she was the manager. I was shocked! I ended up just unsatisfied and we threw the pizza away it just tasted like bread with a bunch of garlic seasoning. It was a waste. As you can see the box was barely even marked where the pizza was sitting cause the pizza was so dry. The fact that the manager made this was beyond me. She said other people don't follow portion size but she does, the other people make better pizzas, as long as she is making the pizza I won't be wasting my money there.

Did not come to greet me. My sauce cup I Paid 75 cents for was not even a 1/3 full. My bread sticks were hard. Definitely not going back.

The absolute worse. Customer service was horrible. Bathroom was disgusting papers and toilet overflow. On top of all this my order was Nasty! Breadsticks taste like they were brushed with dirty water and reheated. The sauce cups were literally 1/3 full pizza was sloppy and undercooked!! Terrible! I’ve been a customer for more than 30years! Such a disgrace. Top it off the manager on “duty” was the one in the front! Ugh

Lazy worker's, poor communication on how long order was actually going to take. Waited half an hour for order to be ready to deliver.

I walked in a the cashier didn't even say hi, she just ask what I need, I told her I ordered only and she walked away. I tried calling her back to ask for something else but since she had her earpods she didn't listen. I think employees need to be aware of the people more than their music.
In the receipt the name comes as y_and.

Had a horrible time when I went there two days ago they couldn’t find my order in the system the GM she came to the register and she had an attitude. She told me that since she can’t find my order and a system that I would have to wait for everybody else order to be taken even though I was there before everybody in order to get my issue resolved She also left the register And did not help me.

No Pizza Hut or Fast food place in general is perfect. But the manager at this location, went above and beyond at correcting the mistakes on my order. Would highly recommend.
