Planet Smoothie

I came in this morning around 8:30 ish for the first time ever, and I just felt compelled to let someone know about my experience since I’ve been thinking about it all day. From the moment I walked into Planet Smoothie, I was greeted by a young woman, I asked for her name at the end of our conversation she said her named is Arianna. She made me feel so welcome. We chatted a bit at the end of ordering, and I must say, it truly brightened my morning to have someone take such genuine interest in my morning. I am partially blind in one eye, so seeing the menu clearly can be a bit of a challenge. Arianna was incredibly patient and thoughtful she walked me through the menu item by item and never once made me feel rushed or uncomfortable. Since it was my first visit, I wasn’t quite sure what to order. I knew I wanted something with plenty of protein and antioxidants, and she recommended the lean green extreme. I wanted to add more to my drink and she even made sure to let me know about additional charges if I were to add, which I truly appreciated since most restaurants don’t mention up charges and I’m surprised by the area you pay at. The smoothie was absolutely delicious, but the service was what really stood out to me. Arianna went above and beyond, and it made my first experience a wonderful one.

already obsessed😍the two girls working were so sweet and helpful, my gf and i have never been and they were super patient and helped us order & gave great recommendations. we ordered two smoothies and an açaí bowl and it was all so delicious. we will definitely be coming back!

Two woman workers that work there at night were very disrespectful. I was trying to pay with a $100 bill, and wasn’t able to. The order was $55. I went to another store to get change so that I was able to pay. My friend stayed in the store and heard them say they better come back this isn’t cool and talking mess, Came back to pay and they both had very bad attitudes. Every time I go here I get extras in a cup from a Medium size or a Large size, and I ordered 5 smoothies, They always give extras and I got 1 extra out of the 5. When she gave the tray there was only 5 smoothies and 1 extra….. Very disappointed in this store and the customer service as I always come here and never had this experience up until now.

I love Planet Smoothie ! They are always fresh and delicious but almost everytime I come , Karla really makes the experience stand out. She is always super friendly, quick, and always make my smoothie perfectly. You can tell she genuinely cares about great service. Thanks, Karla and Sonya — I’ll definitely be coming back!

I always get it togo soo not many people seem to actually hang out here. Pretty sterile decor but friendly staff and fast service most delicious smoothies I've found and user friendly ordering nothing you need a nutritionist to decipher like other places I've tried.

@ the. Altamonte Springs location all the employees are always Super nice very respectful very clean establishment never had a bad smoothie from here. It’s always tasted delicious.
Now the Deland location its a different story stay away from that one !

I come here when I need something cold and sweet but filling. I went out on a limb one day and tried the smoothie bowl to see how it was vs the ones I’ve had and this one is significantly better! I get hazelnut lovers, it’s not on the menu but it comes with Nutella strawberries, bananas, granola and blueberries. I trade out the blueberries for extra strawberries, and extra Nutella. I have an addiction to Nutella like no other and today the girly knew the assignment? all of the employees are very sweet and welcoming, great job guys!

Planet Smoothie is one of the most amazing finds that I have come across since moving to the Altamonte Springs area. It is located right near my house and I pass it all the time. For some reason, I never stopped in, partially because my partner prefers coffee so we tend to go to places that have smoothies and coffee drinks.
However, when I saw that they were now delivering through 3rd party apps, I decided to give it a go.
I am so glad that I did!
My life has literally changed.
The colada whip with added frozen yogurt is simply to die for! Also, the strawberry coolatta with honey added is like a dream.
I love that they have large sizes because I end up drinking the entire 32 ounce smoothie in 10 minutes or less! Once I start, I simply can't put it down.
I have struggled with a poor appetite, low body weight, & an unhealthy relationship with food/eating for many years. Planet Smoothie provides me with an opportunity to easily intake some much needed calories, & they managed to make it enjoyable. I am truly grateful!
Plus, their smoothies are packed with all natural ingredients, low-no sugar or artificial sweeteners, vitamins, supplements, & an endless number of incredible health benefits...all delivered in sweet, flavorful, delectable treats!
I highly recommend Planet Smoothie.

Vegetarian options: There are a ton of vegan and vegetarian friendly options on the menu. You can look at their website for the ingredients used in each product before you order so that you know if you need to substitute one of the ingredients to suit your needs. Some of the vegetarian friendly smoothies include the DIY Smoothie, Mango Passion, and Lunar Lemonade.

Dietary restrictions: They have a full kids menu, tons of vegan and vegetarian-friendly options, and a plethora of healthy sections on their menu that are clearly labeled such as the meal replacement smoothies and the energy boost smoothies.

Parking: There is a free parking lot outside and handicap parking spots near the front. It is easy to find parking. Planet Smoothie also delivers via third-party delivery apps.

Kid-friendliness: Planet Smoothie has a full kids menu with great portion sizes and healthy treats. I think the menu is great for kids of all ages. Plus, Mom and Dad can rest assured that their kids are enjoying a healthy, nutritious, and natural snack/meal, without all of the sugar!

Wheelchair accessibility: There are handicapped parking spots in the parking lot, ramps on the sidewalk, and it is located on the first floor (no stairs).
