LITERALLY NO ONE SPEAKS ENGLISH AT THIS LOCATION. I get that this is a Spanish restaurant, but if something goes wrong and there needs to be explanations, preferably in English, how is that customer being taken care of? My issue is the quesadilla wrap, it was falling apart on the first couple of bites and then when I asked if they can remake it, not only could no one understand me, when someone finally got it, they remade it exactly the same. So now I'm at the point where I don't even want it anymore and go to ask for a refund.... I'm sure you can imagine how that went... What felt like 20 min later.... I get my refund and I decide to never some here again.

On Dec 3, 2024 went for lunch. It wasn't busy and there was two of us. My friend spoke Spanish as staff didn't seem to understand English. Our food was terrible and cold. It was my first time visiting Pollo Tropical and surely will be my last. My friend has eaten at one before and was extremely disappointed. I have no intention of going to Pollo Tropical at all.

Was in the drive thru for 1 hour. 30 min in line 30 at the speakers! Told them I had an online order and they told me twice āone moment pleaseā never said anything until I told them that I will just place the order if they donāt find it. Then puts me in another hold to check if they are still making Wraps! I said never mind cancel my order and they said āone moment pleaseā one moment for what ??? Iām leaving. Learn how go communicate with your customers if there was an issue.

15min waiting for a chicken sandwich!! I was there around 10 PM, there were only 2 persons in front of me and 6 employees working there. It seems like they had nothing better to do, like their job........... Unbelievable! By the way, the restroom very nasty too.

The quarter chicken meal with 2 sides clearly states āwhite rice and black beans with one sideā and yet they tell me the white rice and black beans are the 2 sides and itās extra to do rice+beans plus one side. Picture attached. If this is no longer offered than take it down.

Currently with the people who work here you have to be clear about what you want. Repeat yourself and double check your food. 3 times back to back I ask for and paid for a large plate but got regular. Also 3 times I ask for extra corn and only recieved 1 serving. Which I paid for. When you say can i get that extra i was greeted with slight attitude nothing crazy but still.
Parking: About 20 30 spots plenty. Many many stores around the area. Currently tho the people working are not the best. But its ok
