Ordered the cilantro garlic chicken sandwich combo cause the description sounded good and looked like a good piece of chicken on the menu picture. After I got home 10 minutes later, I opened it up and couldn't even see the chicken until I took the buns apart and the lettuce off. The palm of my hand is one and a half times the size of this piece of chicken and there was barely any cilantro garlic sauce on it not to mention it was literally cold like it came out of the fridge. Definitely not what the picture shows or what the description states. For a chicken place, this chicken sandwich is really sad. I don't recommend spending your money on this, especially for eleven dollars for the combo.

I went there today and clearly ordered a chicken bowl with mashed potatoes gravy and corn that’s all. I even repeated myself at the window because he asked me my order again and I wanted to make sure because I have food allergies and intolerances. I went home and did not eat right away, an hour and a half later to my surprise I had pork of all things. Not only am I allergic to pork but it’s against my religious beliefs so of course I was upset. Calling customer service was a joke zero help and forget the app or trying to get a live person at the actual store. I have no choice to have to either go back to the store which I’m not doing in this cold evening but I would have to throw out the food it’s such a shame. Zero stars if I could give the whole experience and the packaging of the food no care at all. I can go without eating dinner but for safety concerns they need to truly be careful.

I never have luck in Orlando with Pollo Tropical. The food today was not great. The cheesy yuca bites that I ordered were cold, there was no garlic cilantro sauce at all, and the portions on the regular tropi chops were not like they usually are. One of the 4 tropichops I ordered unfortunately had a hair in it.
Raquel at the counter was absolutely the best, her kindness and helpfulness and product knowledge perfection. She made my day because of her. I will be coming back to this place at this time as often as I can I wanted to work in this area, which is often.
