Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Employees were arguing as if they’re all brothers and sisters , screaming in the headset about another upset customer not receiving the correct amount of change without muting her headset . JUST FLAT OUT RUDE , customer service lives no where in the building and by me, being a CEO of my own restaurant, this business will not last within the next six months I highly suggest the manager look for new employees. No one would ever trust that type of behavior with their food. It’s already fast food. Hopefully this feedback could be a great way and next time if I do come back to Popeyes, the customer service is better

Be very careful to use your credit card here when drive thru. I use Apple Pay everywhere else except this Popeyes. Guess what, credit was not given back to me. And before you know it there are fraudulent charges.

First of all THANK YOU to everyone that has written reviews for this location! It was a reminder why I had stopped going there!! Years ago it used to be the best location in the area. I'm not sure what happened but I suspect upper management changed. NOW this group doesn't care and wait times are just ridiculous and the attitudes are horrendous! The drivethru people won't wait on in house patrons and like the other reviews mention the counter is never staffed! And no one takes responsibility for anything. If your order is wrong get ready to WAIT and be treated like dirt! I think it's actually 1 big dysfunctional family all related lol they dislike each other that much and dislike the patrons even more. Hope this location either gets new management or closes.

Probably the worst Popeyes on the planet. Employees seem to hate their lives.

Bad service at this location. My order was wrong. No ice at the drink station and was told they had no ice in the drive thru and no ice in the ice machine. Will never comeback here again.

If I would have been closer to the other location I would have gone there! I usually love Popeyes, but not this one! Not only was the customer service bad, but they got our order wrong! It even said on the bag everything that was supposed to be with our order. My fault for not checking until we got home, but usually we have no issues out of Popeyes! The shrimp I got was hard and my husband’s tenders were as well.

Why does this continue to work, such terrible service? I don't understand, there is never anyone at the counter, everything always takes more than 30 minutes.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The place is beyond unbelievable. I order via DoorDash. My order consisted of 2 2pc combos. 1 spicy and 1 regular, and an orange Fanta drink. When I received my food it was cold. Both combos were regular, The Fanta drink was missing, and the most disturbing part is that there was hair in my food! Yes hair! I found it twice throughout my meal. This Popeyes is beyond disgusting. The incident that happened shows the employees whom work there are careless, unprofessional, and not on top of things. #1 They forgot my drink, #2 how could you possibly serve food with hair in it. This place should be shut down and If I were you don’t waste your hard earned money here.
