QDOBA Mexican Eats

The young man who made the food (not the white one but he was ok) had exceptional customer service. Greeted upon arrival and he listened very well. The food is not at correct temperature. The steak is dry and expired. The white rice has no lime juice or salt. Taste just plain with some cilantro. Wouldn't come back for the food but where ever that young man works I would return for his customer service.

Do they have the best chips in the industry?I don't care who says what more than half the time as i'm driving home with my food half the chips are gone by the time I get there , I just can't stop eating them

This was the first time I have tried this place. It was halloween night. There was not a single customer in the building. I walked up to order and was directed to the other side of what looked like the ordering line. There were 4 employees there. None of them were very welcoming. The kicker is they are following the trend were they are asking for tips for you just walking in the building. Nothing this place has to offer will ever entice me back there again.

Service here is always amazing! I've even become a regular to the point where some know my order 🤭 Cheaper prices, bigger portions, are employees that seem to really like their work and care for the customers. I'm complimented almost every time I order and always met with a smile and check ins. Very polite and everyone working there seems to have a good foundation and healthy working environment. Food wise it's always very fresh and better than other chains. Always very clean and bathrooms are also very clean as well. Special shout out to those working 10/30/2025 at 7:45pm and for complimenting my funky glasses!

I prefer QDOBA over Chipotle or Moe's, especially when it comes to a good steak burrito.

I used to love the Qdoba at UCF, unfortunately this location, or maybe it changed at all of them in the past few years, has terrible chicken and steak. It tastes like hunks of fat and has a very bizarre aftertaste. I had to throw the rest out it was so bad. The service was great though, prompt and helpful.

I came in @9pm last night(08/30/24) to grab a quick meal. When I walked in the first person I encountered was sweeping and did not greet me. As well as the person prepping the meals. I’m new to the area and have grown to like the restaurant for its affordability and flavor. Despite the many options around the store I’ve chosen this place. After not being greeted by no one in the restaurant the preparer made a mistake on putting my sauce over my meal as I requested it in the side. I could see she didn’t hear from but her demeanor after the fact was not pleasant. She remade my bowl and continued her negative attitude. Then when I got to pay—the person who was sweeping which I assume was the manager that night finally uttered words to me regarding payment and napkins and utensils are in the bag. The other days I’ve come I’ve been greeted or at least given a smile. I understand that people have bad days but this group was not very welcoming. I contemplated on writing this review because maybe I was expecting too much from the staff but when I went on corporate site it states that guest will be greeted “with a warm welcome”. I’m writing this review for the sole purpose of awareness on customer service and when workers aren’t feeling well it’s best that there be a switch in whose in the front so guests can continue to enjoy coming into the establishment. You never know whose going to walk in and be willing to write a review like this.

The food is alright. I think it's better than chipotle. The prices are terrible. They are more expensive than cava and cava is 10 times better. Service was meh too. Probably won't be back because of the prices. The chips were also extremely salty which was disappointing. Don't go here if you like the other similar restaurants.

Good food and service, plenty of options and affordable prices, I recommend the grill chicken
