Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

I tried curbside again 4 months after my original review and they brought it out to me. Still love the food here.

Original: Love the food here but two times in a row the curbside pickup doesn’t work. They won’t bring you your food when doing curbside even when you click “I’m here” in the email. Their excuse is that they “can’t see the cars”. Don’t offer curbside if you won’t actually bring it to the cars. As a mom of a newborn curbside is the easiest for us but unfortunately I won’t be able to order from here again for a while if their system doesn’t work.

The staff welcomed us in with a smile. The food was hot and fresh as you typically get with canes.

Terrible experience; the cashier lacks manners. She started complaining about how I showed the order from my phone to her in front of me to another coworker, but not even in a kind tone. I even apologized if I made her feel uncomfortable, but she ignored me completely and continued talking about the incident to her coworker.
Not planning to come back to receive that type of service.

Really good experience here! The place was super clean, and the food tasted fresh. The chicken fingers were crispy and juicy, and the Cane’s sauce hit perfectly. Staff were nice and everything came out fast. Definitely one of the better Cane’s I’ve been to!

Light ice means light. Not a cup full of ice with a little soda. I have to drive home and would to drink a soda when I get home. Not melted sugar water. And I definitely didn’t want to get into and argument with the cashier in the drive through. But ofcourse she told me I was wrong. Stop making slushes
