No sauce or ketchup and I asked too

Their chicken tenders are phenomenal! They are very tender, juicy and just the right of crunch. The only thing is I wish they had more choices of sides other than just fries, coleslaw and Texas toast.

We ordered the ā€The Boxā€ which contains 4 chicken fingers, fries, 1 sauce, the famous texas bread and cole slaw and a drink of choice. The chicken was fried to perfectly and juicy and went really well with the sauce. The bread was also amazing - buttery, fluffy and a great side to the chicken. The cole slaw wasn’t a favourite and I would next time instead just get extra bread! 🤭 So happy to finally have tried it!

The location was also so fresh, clean and truly a great ambience.

They don’t wear gloves and I saw the pouring the lemonade holding the bucket with hands inside of it while talking over it with no gloves on I am not a fan of anything unhygienic I when to ask if that is always how is done because I had gotten a lemonade my self I saw told yes and the employee who pour said he didn’t when I saw it with my own eyes the manager got a attitude with me she is very rude I saw me put my cup and the trash I spend 25 dollars for food so that no solution could be offer the cashier was nice to come to my table and ask and offer me another drink I hope they at least put gloves on to put my food in the plate because they don’t to pass it out that is not as bad as putting your hands in a drink and this place was fantastic when it first open idk what happened now the only employee that showed concern and help was my cashier sadly i didn’t catch her name but because of her I would come back but not for a while

I ate here on 7/11. I just want to say, you have an awesome young employee by the name of Barbara! We went outside to eat, she was sitting off the clock. She noticed our table needed to be cleaned and she cleaned it off. Also, she overheard us talking about needing more condiments. She politely got up again! to go get what we needed. Go Barbara!!!! :)

The people were doing their absolute best and I appreciate them always. But this location is CLEARLY understaffed or they need a higher concentration of locations. I waited over 45m for an online order and then got it cold... and they had to remake it so it was fresh... so my total wait time was nearly 1h15m... for pre-prepared chicken... seriously? Seriously?

I’ve had raising canes more times than I can count in Texas. But today I decided to try the franchise in altamonte springs Florida. One word horrible. I ordered three 3 finger combos along with a kids meal. All of them looked horrible. The French fries were barely cooked. Not to mention there were barely any fries to begin with. The kids meal had around 10 fries with 2 tenders for $7 bucks. I paid $41 dollars for half cooked, half empty containers. No thanks. I will say the Texas toast was the best part, that’s it. The tenders were inconsistent with the seasoning. Some tasted seasoned while others tasted lackluster. And they forgot to give me straws for all of my drinks. This experience has turned me off to the raising cane franchise. Zaxbys or Huey magoos has never.

Unseasoned chicken and fries, all 4 fountain drinks were almost purely soda water and no flavor syrup. Prices pretty high for small portions and absolutely no flavor. Also only have honey mustard and canes sauce (mayo ketchup) it was our first and last visit.

The chicken is not very good. It needs seasoning. Everything else is great though!!

Canes is so good, i literally came from all the way across town to bring my daughter and her best friend for the first time. We met with Chalea at the front and she is sooo AMAZING AND SWEET. With her smile and personality she is made for the front face!! When we come I hope she is here all the time! She is so so sweet to my daughter and her friend. Keep up the great work! Hope to see you again.

Lemonade is good, food was under cooked. Breaded chicken soggy. French fries were more like noodles.
