Normally we enjoy this location. We usually have fabtasric service, but today was different. We didn't get marinara for our cheese sticks, they didn't have any baked potatoes, and they didn't have mixed greens for salads. We waited awhile for our server to take our order, and even longer for our food. We are extremely disappointed with our service today.

The 3 of us went early (before dinner rush) to celebrate my birthday. It wasn’t busy & you could see that there weren’t many servers. Nice & clean, seated right away. Our server Keziah, was very friendly, but took a long time before she came to get our order (12 minutes). She did check on us after our meal was brought out. ALL waitresses (including Keziah) PLEASE don’t wear perfume to work. It coats our sinuses & then that’s all you can smell/taste. It wasn’t just a little, it was very overpowering every time you came to our table.Both of my friends meals (cajun chicken pasta & lobster,shrimp,salmon) were very good. My filet was cooked perfectly. However, for the price, my lobster was the tiniest Maine lobster I’ve ever seen. Cooked perfectly, just very tiny.

Honestly, the menu has been reduced to the point that there are not many good options. Also, the prices have been jacked up so much that it makes no sense for 95% of the items anymore.What is corporate thinking? Last time we will ever go to a Red Lobster.

A Disheartening Dining Experience.My recent visit was marred by disappointment and frustration, particularly considering the special occasion it was meant to be – a cherished first date with my beloved daughter, my little princess, who is just five years old.Despite the anticipation of a magical evening, our experience at the restaurant was anything but enchanting. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that the service lacked the attentiveness and care one would expect, especially on such a memorable occasion.Our server seemed disinterested and oblivious to our presence, despite attending promptly to a neighboring table of six. Despite my daughter’s innocent request for apple juice, it took an excruciating 25 minutes to fulfill, adding unnecessary discomfort to our evening.As time passed, the neglect continued; our server neglected to check on our meals, and requests for simple items were met with prolonged delays. Even the basic courtesy of refilling my drink was overlooked for an astonishing half-hour.What compounded the disappointment was observing the stark contrast in treatment between our table and the neighboring group. It was disheartening to witness the evident preference given to larger parties, highlighting a clear bias towards tip potential rather than genuine customer care.In light of such unprofessional conduct and disregard for customer satisfaction, I have no intention of returning to this place! Our special evening was tarnished by the lack of professionalism and attention to detail, leaving a lasting impression that falls far short of acceptable standards.

DAEDAE was by far the best service I have ever had ever. I never have a complaint at Red Lobster. But the was exceptionally the best I have had. Any extras we asked for was given with a smile. Definitely going to ask to be seated in his area next time.

I love seafood and Red Lobster has not disappointed me yet. Lunch, dinner, friends, family, good food and a good time. Great staff! My wish is to add happy hour or drink specials. A girl can dream.

I rarely leave negative reviews, as I give people a second chance after a bad experience, but this is probably the worst experience that I've had. I waited 1.5 hours for a to go order with hungry kids waiting in the car.I arrived right when my order was supposed to be ready for curbside pickup. Called the number on the sign and was told they eould let the appropriate person know I was there. Waited in the car for about 15 minutes and no one came to the car. Walked inside and the host told me to wait by the lobster tank. I stood there for about 20 minutes while about 3 people asked me my name to check on my order. I was told after another while of waiting that my order was given to an Uber driver by accident and that they would need to remake my order. This is still fine as the gentleman apologized and said he would let the manager know.I then sat at the bar. Other customers sitting at the bar told me the last person sitting in my spot waited over an hour for her order.... after about 30 mins, another gentleman walked up and told me they just started remaking my order and that he wasn't sure how long they would take with it. I proceeded to tell him that I have hungry kids in the car and asked if I could get my meals refunded. He seems thmo have spoken to the manager and she came up to apologize and asked if there was anything she could do. I again asked if I could get my meal refunded and she gave me two $10 cards as what they could offer because I paid online.... I was honestly so mad I just took them and kept waiting for my food. I at last got it. My order wasn't complete but I don't even care. I'll post a picture of one of the lobster dip appetizers. I did not add/remove anything from the tray in case you were wondering...This is not acceptable service and again, I rarely give a 1 star review.

First time trying this place, the food was good, we got the all you can eat shrimp but can only order 3 at a time and you can only get 3 rounds in total. They give you sides with the first round to try fill you up and take their time with the second round so just be aware of that if you order this. The best shrimp was the garlic scampi by far.

Did not love the food but the drinks were great! Also the service was very quick and they checked in at reasonable intervals to make sure everything was okay. It also didn’t take long at all to get seated.
