Was hoping for a great experience but the brunch was not worth the value. The buffet style brunch had me scraping for the last of things every time I went up and the server was not attentive the sangria's were supposed to be bottomless and we only received 2 glasses due to not seeing server. Unfortunate experience
We have gone to brunch here several times. The food is always amazing. The service is always great and very attentive. Our server was Tyler and he was on the ball! We recommend this place to everyone!
Santiago’s used to be the perfect spot for Sunday brunch—everything from the sangrias to the perfectly made French croissants was always top-notch. Unfortunately, this last visit was disappointing. Even though the restaurant wasn’t busy, the service was slower than usual (though our server was wonderful). The French toast looked more like a basic sliced bread with butter on top, which was unexpected for a party of 10 spending about $50 per person. They’ve also switched back to a buffet style, which personally isn’t my preference. I truly hope they can bring back the quality and charm that made this place such a favorite.
I will go to Winter Parks location to see if they’ve changed before deciding on switching to another brunch spot.

Loved the brunch! Some of the stuff we ordered never came, but still filled up on what did come!
Didn’t know that brunch buffet was served until 2 on weekends. We were able to order à la carte. Our food came out one dish at a time. And most dishes were cold. There were large gaps inbetween dishes being delivered and we waited for 15 minutes for our check after finishing lunch. The restaurant was extremely cold. I would give them a try again but not during brunch. Seems like we were put to the back burner because we didn’t pay the almost $50 for AYCE.

Service and food were wonderful as always. Tenderloin was delicious. Husband tried the meatballs and the shrimp and chorizo. He was very pleased. We also tried the flatbread and the yucca fries from the happy hour menu. I thought both were great. Hubs thought the flatbread had too much balsamic glaze. We also ordered the cheese plate, which was excellent. 3 cheeses(manchego, smoked gouda, and stilton) were served with fruit, crackers, nuts, honey and jam. Overall, it was a lovely time with great service.
A favorite for my husband and I after I came the first time last year with coworkers. On our most recent visit, the salmon and the tuna stack were the stars.

Oh boy, where to start. Recently the brunch menu has changed and is more a, serve yourself, buffet style.
The new menu removes the prime rib but added crab legs on the weekend.
They offered breakfast tacos, shrimp and grits, jerk chicken and rice, and potato casserole, Mac and cheese, deviled eggs, avacado toast, and more.
The wait staff seemed overworked. I think it was just one waiter catering across the bar and the indoor area. There may have been a second waiter to look over the outside patio.
The price of the brunch with bottomless mimosas was $50 + tax.
It includes all of the above foods in unlimited portions.
However, the quality of the buffet food mimics what you will find in a Hilton buffet. The eggs seemed powdered, the shrimp was overcooked, the macaroni and cheese pasta was overcooked and mushy, the avacado toast was lackluster, the jerk chicken was overly sweet, like Chinese food.
This new change was not worth the price.
The parts we DID enjoy: the crab legs came apart easily and were tasty, the jerk chicken rice (just the rice) was cooked well and flavored, the grits were good.
Overall the decision was made not to return to this establishment until they either change back to the old menu, get rid of the buffet, or lower their price.
We each had 2 drinks and ate to our hearts content, but it wasn’t enough to justify the poor quality of food overall.
I would like to stress that this is not a fault of the wait staff however they were running all over the place cleaning up plates.

This was a much needed experience. The fox was excellent and definitely worth the value. We are planning to return again next month.
Very meh about this branch of Santiagos. We got there at 12:45 and didnt leave until after 2pm... I am not sure if our server was very slow or new because we would seriously wait 20 minutes between each visit. We ordered the steak with eggs and potatoes and chicken and waffles. We never got the potatoes and eggs. We mentioned that to our server when we finally saw him again and he brought out the old eggs and still no potatoes. So we asked politely to not receive those. Then we ordered the toffee cake and mini donuts. The mini donuts were amazing. The toffee cake was nasty. It tasted like they cooked the cake the day before, froze it unwrapped, and then defrosted it in the fridge... unwrapped. It took on all the flavors of their walkin. Again... disappointing. The ice cream was the same way.
Overall, disappointed in this experience...

Excellent meal and service as usual. Brian took great care of us. The steak special was fantastic. We love this place
Server John and the rest of the staff was fantastic and truly made our anniversary dinner a wonderful experience. Thank you.
We visited Santiago’s Bodega in Altamonte, and it was by far one of the worst restaurant experiences we’ve ever had. The service was painfully slow, our food was incomplete, and we had to repeatedly ask for the missing items. When we tried to address the issue, a person who claimed to be the manager came out of the kitchen and, instead of listening, waved his hands around rudely. His gestures and comments made us feel unwelcome and even discriminated against.
The atmosphere, which should have been warm and inviting, felt hostile instead. Rather than apologizing or trying to make things right, the so-called manager made it clear that “nobody wanted us there doing business,” which was completely inappropriate and unprofessional.
Between the poor service, the disrespectful attitude, and the sense of exclusion, I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience or even basic courtesy. There are plenty of better options in the area that treat their guests with respect.

this is one of my fav spots for brunch. Invited a few friends on this visit and they also enjoyed. Chris was a great host. the food and drinks were also great. Will return soon.
We absolutely love it here, we like getting lots of different plates and trying everything. The service is always really good too.
