I do appreciate that all servers that pass by your table get you whatever you need. I just can’t get behind calling this place unforgettable because the tapas we got were underwhelming. Too many times we took a bite and thought, “This would be good if it didn’t have so many overpowering flavors,” i.e. too much ‘bleu cheese butter’ on the tenderloin, also too much peppercorn… too much tapenade on the bruschetta…
I feel like there’s so much potential in the tapas here. I’d like to return to try their brunch which I included a pic of the menu. For 4 tapas a mix of hot and cold, and a Dr. Pepper and w paid $70something with the tip.

Altamonte Springs location is my favorite, very spacious, great ambiance, amazing vibe and the dining options are better. The bar is great location to people watch and chat with the bartenders. Please, GO EARIY!

It's cute. We tried everything the Petite rack lamb, beef tenderlion, miniature Quesadillas short ribs. The drinks were not as great as it could be, skimpy on ingredients, but the vision was nice. We tried water melon mocktail, moheto mocktail,

SHEESH this was a fantastic brunch experience!!!
Me and a friend had reservations for 12:30pm and were seated immediately, they allowed us 2.5 hours of brunch since brunch ended at 3pm.
Brunch drink offerings were 3 different sangrias and 3 different mimosas. The sparkling sangria was my favorite and I stuck with it the whole time!
There was an arrangement of tapas on the menu and I will be honest and admit we ordered every single one of them. The highlights were the prime rib, the pasta, and the toffee dessert. DIVINE.
The service was excellent, they always knew exactly when to show up to refill drinks, order more tapas, and clear the table. For $47 it was a wonderful experience, I can't wait to go back!

The tapas here have never disappointed. I love Santiago's Bodega for work week lunch as the menu is full of great options that are not too heavy and the service is excellent.

I hosted a Birthday Brunch for my sister on a Saturday morning! The ambiance was great! It wasn't too busy and we had a great time! Our server, Leah, was amazing and kept the goodies flowing throughout our time! The menu was great and we had a blast!
We had a wonderful dinner and an excellent server I think hid name was Bryan P, long hair? Great suggestions and so polite. We loved our meal and will definitely be back and esp ask for him again. Thanks!
We went for the Brunch. All of the food was very good but could have been hotter. We did not complain as we are not "complainers" but we really should have. If the food had been hot, this review would be 5 starts across the board. The food flavor, drinks and service was excellent!

I used to come in frequently but after the interaction tonight will not returning. zero welcome from host condescending tone and attitude. Wife and I sat down to order an extremely negative energy waitress came over to be negative while wife and I were just celebrating we actually had need up leaving even before ordering a drink because the place was draining us. The place was not a vibe honestly it felt like I was having a snack in an Eastern European friends basement. Zero hospitality .. sad to say we left after our waitress came over and was a negative Nancy. We went over to a place we found by accident called figs prime less then a mile away. The hospitality and food was amazing so if you are looking for a better atmosphere and hospitality.
