I ordered the bento box with shrimp, and i guess they forgot to cook my shrimp so when they saw my order, i watched them only cook the shrimp for about two minutes. The food looked so sketchy and i got a bad feeling. When i bit into the shrimp, it was so obviously undercooked. i walked up there and put the plate up to them and told them it was undercooked. After some back and forth they finally agreed to give me a refund.

This is a 5 in the category of fast mall food. Had the beef bento and all items in the bento were enjoyable, especially the beef teriyaki which was very fresh, tender and tasty. The price was very reasonable for the amount and quality of the food too. Would definitely eat here again if I am at this mall in the future. Bonus: the payment system did not have the ridiculous prompts for 30% tips that seem to be everywhere. In fact, I didn't even have a chance to add a tip, which was a surprise given how things are going w tips lately.

I had such a disappointing experience with the customer service. They insisted that the grill wasn't hot enough to cook the chicken thoroughly, but I distinctly heard it sizzling when they added the shrimp. Consequently, the chicken ended up being undercooked. To make matters worse, their attitude was absolutely awful and disrespectful. I have decided that I will never order food from them again.

It looked different, this is the only reason I tried it. The noodles were like highschool lunch spaghetti quality. They were bland tasting. The teryaki beef tasted funny. Not to mention they took the whole lots of noodles little bit of meat thing to a whole new level. The vegetables were like flavorless mush. This was easily the worst garbage I've ever tasted and regret even trying it.

Over time the prices increased, the food quality has gotten worse. They will quite literally hound you to try a sample but once you order they get annoyed with any question or interaction. Its quite a 180 once they got your money. They are also so stingy and contempful of their customers that they have a little sign that says "no cups of water!!!", even for a charge, but their bottles of water is overpriced so you can just go to any of the food court restaurants next to them and get one there. There's now other restaurants with the same items in that food court so there's no reason to visit them anymore.

Don’t like to give bad review but this was well deserved. They never gave us the dumplings or sushi we ordered and as we sat down saw them enjoying them in the back. They charge extra for everything you want, and do not disclose it until you pay. I paid 40$ for chick and beef for me and my wife with no drink or sides…. Wish I would have just gone to a sit down place for that price I will not be returning.
