Terrible customer service! Older lady barista was loud and discourteous this morning. The experience was quite unpleasant. I will not frequent this location again.

My go-to Starbucks, no matter the hour. Whether I roll in at the crack of noon or midnight, the staff is always ridiculously friendly. It's like walking into a warm hug, minus the awkwardness of actually having to hug someone. Reminds me of that old TV show Friends, where everyone knows your name, but without the overpriced NYC rent. Keep on keeping on, you fabulous baristas!

ordered a caramel creme Frappuccino and it was literally only whip cream and caramel syrup I get this drink all the time and it’s never like this I would know. The worker was very flirtatious with my boyfriend and did not acknowledge me at all. I did not catch a name. My cake pop tasted undercooked and Raw this is highly disappointing because money was spent, and expectations were not succeeded. No hate to Starbucks, but to the workers do a better job. Hopefully, they actually read their responses and get their workers in check. Never coming back to this location Again, luckily, I don’t live around here. Overall, if you read this, don’t come to this location please waste of money and time and only cause an upset stomach luckily I’m not suing.

Purchased a "venti" white chocolate mocha. The cup seemed lite, but I wanted to get home. When there, I took the lid off, and this is the amount of mocha in the cup (about an inch from the top)! I can't believe there was that much whipped cream initially on it that melted away by the time I drove home.

They had an employee taking orders all the way down the parking lot, which was fine until someone who had yet to order cut me off and she looped back and helped that person. Then at the window had to wait an additional 5 minutes while they made her drinks, and I see my drinks in the window just sitting there. Your set up is very poor and infuriating. And if you are the person in the Kia telluride I hope you get lice.

This place is warm, friendly and welcoming. If Elise is working, ask her to make your Chai her preferred way. The staff is terrific and I will most certainly be giving them my business
