I use to come to this Starbucks all the time and remember the employees being super friendly and attentive but today everyone was just RUDE. My drinks took forever despite them not being busy at all and when the barista guy gave me an attitude when my drink did finally come. Definitely won’t stop at this location again.
They are the nicest people here. They always have my drink ready.
They were closed early yesterday because of "understaffing"? Huh? LOL. When does this EVER happen at a major chain store? Also been problems with rudeness from staff at this branch. Do not bother going here, you can't even be sure if it will be open during business hours -- this location is that unreliable. You could be wasting your time driving here only to find out it's closed down.
Our cashier was friendly, and sweet. Every one wore masks.my frappuccino was delicious and hit the spot!
Always add the affagato shots wrong, pouring it over the whip cream melting it instead of adding it before the whip cream.
Normally the coffee is great, but when I order a cream frappuccino for my 10 year old and they give him a coffee frapp instead, that's no good. What a waste of 5 dollars. I'm going to have to inspect my orders before leaving from now on.
It's good to know that when you get there at 7:50 That your not allowed to get coffee when it says that they are open until 8.
Great coffee and the girls are friendly. If you frequently stop at this location, they will remember what you have ordered and just ask you if you still want (what you ordered last) Impressed that they have such good rapport with customers! Makes me want to frequent this location because of the employees.
My favorite location as always. I love their friendly staffs, felt so good every i order a drink ❤

I ordered several drinks online and even if it only took me a few minutes to get here, my order was already ready to go. No lines, no hassle, no worries about being around lots of people (especially with covid going around).
