A server by the name of Brandon was not very professional. Also, he could not take a basic order and he was quite dismissive of my daughter who tried to place an order.

Although Starbucks has become more and more expensive as time has gone on, their menu has also continued to improve and grow. I like that this location is generally very quick and accurate when preparing my orders. The staff seem attentive and friendly. I do wish their loyalty program was a tad better, and that they offered more sales/coupons/discounts to help lower the prices for regular customers. This would also probably enable more people to order more often.

Probably one of the best Starbucks in Central Florida.
We were in town for a family visit and a group of us stopped here after a day of visiting various parks. It was a good way to end the day with some cold coffee drinks and we sat for a while.

My daughter ordered the iced carmel apple latte at this location. It came out with a small drizzle of carmel on the bottom then 3/4 amount of milk and light colored coffee on top. She mixed it and it had no flavor of coffee or the syrup. I told them it was too light and asked for a remake. It came back the same and actually tasted worse. There is no way they follow the recipes at this location. I watched someone else walk out with a drink that also looked like it was almost all milk. Do not waste you money here.

I went to Starbucks to order a drink for myself accompanied with my partner. There was a worker named Lindsay who gave us a warm welcome. She served us with her full attention, giving us a few recommendations. She also made our drinks and they turned out great!
However I saw that when I had used my card to complete my payment and so I realized there wasn’t a option for tipping with card, only with cash. This has nothing to do with the employees, so I hope this would be changed in the future so that the company further extend support to their employees.
