Steak 'n Shake

i just got my uber order from here and let me tell yall. i got the garlic steak burger and it’s heavenly. they made it so good. i would only have to assume the lord and savior was in that kitchen tonight.

The beef tallow they use now really makes a taste difference in the fries and onion rings. Steak burgers are fantastic, probably among the best of fast food burgers while being cheaper than a quarter pounder or five guys burger. Service is a bit chaotic and slow but they do it right, your patience is always rewarded. I also miss the dine in experience they had in the past with servers and cute menus, but the food has remained consistent.

Thisbwas my first time eating at any Steak n Shake. The food was good i had a combo. I didn't try the shakes , but will when I return. The staff was friendly.

Previously I'd been to this location and it was slow and subpar but, tonight I went and was amazed. The service; quick, The fries; salty and delish, The shake; shaken andthicc, The Dr pepper;ALL 23 FLAVORS, and The buger; 🍔 straight out the commercial. All in all a wonderful experience, Thank you.

I will say this, they keep the dining area super clean, and the drink station is so weird, though. If you order a pop, you are only allowed to get 2 cups. If you are thirstier than that too bad, sweet tea is endless and always empty. Wonder why. Food is always barely warm or just stone cold. Never fails. I guess after the food is cooked, whomever is doing the final prep of the food takes too long. It's decent if you get past the temp.

Awesome restaurant! I've been eating there for about a year now. I've never experienced any bad service here. This location is awesome. I'd totally recommend it to anyone wanting a good burger.

So disappointed to see automation . No service. You have to scan a code to get drink machine to dispense liquid. Then it's out of flavor. Then it takes forever to get a new code 🙄 no waitress, and you order your own stuff on a well-used computer touch screen with no sanitation in site for your hands
