Very poor customer service. The girl during lunch hour today was so rude. I Just asked for my to go order.

Me and my boyfriend went in for a quick meal to share and the girl was on the phone she seemed to be the only one working at the time, there was another customer in front of us he seemed to of been annoyed and left. I then approached her about taking my order she told me I could wait that she was on the phone. Very rude not helpful with any of my questions about the sub of the day. She was very slow and kinda disgusted with having to make anything. She should be fired for turning away business for one and two how ignorant and bossy she was. I was starving so I got a pretzel but that was just as horrible as her attitude was.

I came in today . To busy food and there was a lady sweeping the floor and look at me then keep sweeping. The place looks so dirty like line was dirty and she seem like she didn’t want to be there. Then there was an another lady who was scratch under her shirt and just stood there didn’t even help the other lady .Vegetarian options: Na

It’s actually impressive how bad this subway is. I actually don’t think you could have a worse experience at a subway. Bread was burnt black to a crisp. They were out of half of the vegetables. What they did have they gave you as little as possible. The drinks were all watered down. No lids to fit the cups. No napkins. I’m trying to think of something they did actually have but it’s very hard… I’m not really sure why I even continued with my order here. I guess I was really hungry.

Great place but yall have one or maybe 2 people in here working . I come in here on my break and it always takes my entire break to literally get my food! This is ridiculous! People like subway but nobody likes how long it takes!!! Hire more people!!

I stopped at Subway in Altamonte springs at 10 minutes till 9:00 the young man that was in there working was cleaning with Lysol so I asked him to wash his hands before he makes my food he told me no because it'll take too long for him to wash his hand and make my food because he has the closest store at 9 p.m. this young man stood there and argued with me for 3 minutes about making my food and him washing his hands so if those are the type of employees that you're going to have I will stop coming to this particular Subway when it's only 3 minutes away from my house. I'm not sure what your policy is about employees washing their hands when they're dealing with chemicals and going back to foods but that is unsafe and that is something that should be reported to the health to the board of health.

The only employee there was cutting ALL meat on the SAME prep board, contaminating everything. That could make someone super sick.I initially waited 5 minutes for that one employee just to come to the front, no one at the front counter. She immediately starts working on mobile order. (Okay fine, no big deal). 10 minutes pass. 2 more mobile ticket orders pop up AND SHE STARTS MAKING THOSE. I ask if she's working on those instead of taking my order and she said yes! I walked out. If you're coming to this Subway, better make it a mobile order!!! I'll never be back.

So I reached out to the district supervisor of this Subway and waited 10 days for a response. No response has come yet, so I am posting my email to them here, serving as a warning to future customers and possibly getting some kind of response from anybody at Subway: Dear ----, I thought you'd want to know about a very unpleasant Subway experience today. Several problems: first, we ordered a plain ham and cheese sub and was charged for a grand slam ham. Second, we ordered three cookies but were charged for 9 cookies. And third, when we tried to use our $15 Subway gift card, the machine wouldn't accept the card. The employee looked at the card and said it wasn't a Subway card, lol!! See photos of the card and the receipt. Also, sadly, the employees were quite zombie-like, no greeting or friendliness, even though we were the only ones in the building at first. Sorry to gripe. The cookies were tasty!

Over the phone part 1..I ordered 2 beast on my mobile app. When I got the option to toast my sandwich it said "toasting unavailable" I called subway. Tracy was my sandwich maker. She said should toast my sandwich the one with lettuce. With NO problem!The restaurant part 1 ..picked up the food , brought it home. My sandwich wasn't toasted my boyfriends was. And mine was smothered on mayo.On the phone part 2 ..So I called back Tracy answered the phone . I told her my sandwiches were messed up. I wanted a refund. Her manager Karen said " no refund that i needed to bring my food up there And pretty much demanded me to get food from them. And I had to get it tonight. It was getting late. The whole reason I didn't want to go up there again and asked for a refund.At restaurant part 2Went back to subway . You Can't see anything on the other side because they have wrapping paper covering the glass so you cant see anything going on their side. Then I asked if Tracy can toast my sandwich she said " her manager Karen said she can't do that"That she has to make it the way its ordered, but then ask us what we wanted on the sandwiched , but refused to put mone the toaster all because Karen the MANAGER said "That they don't take requests over the phone."The toaster was working fine. There's was no reason for the "toasting opinion" the app to be been unavailable. Then when i asked Tracey to put my stuff on the side in a salad bowl she said " they count the bowls and she can't do that. " the least they could done is give me a bowl and not put my topping in a bag.Ps.Very poor customer service. Waist of time and money. I will NEVER go back to this subway!! I really hope someone will resolve this problem. It's ridiculous that I had to go through all the for two sandwiches that one I had to go home and toast and make my self
