There's an old employee that gets angry if you don't speak loud or fluidly. Not coming again, for sure.

I feel so bad to write for subway so poor. This is not subway, this is the employee over there. One name lilian and another possibly vinson. I ordered online with clear special instruction. They messed up. I requested to make it right and they asked me to come back next day when manager Michael is there because they could not make extra sub. I did not ask for any extra; i asked to make mine right which I paid for. I again requested and the girl lilian asked me to leave store coz she said i was giving her coworker attitude. Owner can check camera footage if i did so. She was so disgruntled that she was making the subs with so much disrespect. She was whinning to me for her getting paid 12 dollars an hour. I never had this negative experience in any subway location. Subway is my kind of to go food choice for decades. What a terrible experience. Please make your employee behave right and professional.

The produce was all noticeably turning. The pickles were Brown and fuzzy. It looked like everything that came out of the freezer cuz it had freezer burn all over the top of it. Really gross.

I never have to ask for my veggie patty to be put in the oven/microwave. This is the second time I’m getting a cold patty. Things wouldn’t be so bad if the service was good, but it wasn’t. The young lady answered the phone and proceeded to tell me I have to Request for my patty to be warmed up when I place an online order. This isn’t true because I always place my orders online and get it hot. I asked her what she does in this situation and she proceeded to tell me again there’s nothing she can do about it then she quickly hung up the phone after saying that I can call and talk to someone in the morning. I called back because I needed to get her name and she hung up in my face. So I called back a third time and then she didn’t answer. This is the worst customer service I’ve had in quite some time. Even if she said to me, I’ll remake your sandwich. I know it’s an inconvenience but if you turn around, I’ll remake it. That would be better than hanging up in my face. I feel so disrespected not to mention I was too tired to go back out and try to get them to remake it. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in quite some time. On top of everything My wrap was made so sloppy and mushy and cold. I couldn’t even eat it.

They put bacon on my subway sandwich because they mixed the other persons sandwich and I had them remake it because i am allergic. They also look fed up with me so get better staff!
Okay from the looks of it we have a ladder climb from the middle trying to prove the best when she just acts like a jerk . Even my service dog points that out, shouldn't roll your eyes or give attitude
I hate writing a negative review, especially for this location as it has traditionally served customers well, but I had a particularly negative experience recently here.
They have been understaffed several occasions recently, which has caused the wait times to rise substantially.
This particular occasion, I stood in line for 37 minutes in total before paying for my sub. No one was happy in line or behind the counter.
I was extremely disappointed in both the service and food quality. Mike, who is one of their top team members, while usually amazing, did not treat me very well and even said “Come on, man…” when I asked for some additional sauce. You could tell they were having a rough day, but I feel like I should never be treated poorly as a customer.
My sandwich was sloppily made as well due to the volume/rush, unfortunately, as they usually do a wonderful job here.
Please help staff this location so they don’t have to treat their customers poorly.

Manager was extremely rude when just trying to pay a compliment and told I'm too old to say a funny sarcastic but cute remark SMH. Maybe she has a self confidence issue because I'm obviously to old for the young lady just trying to be nice but yet judgement and attitude from other female shift manager or whatever her title or his title is. Poor attitude..

Went on a Saturday for lunch, and the Asian lady (didn't see a name tag) was the sweetest, so nice. Sandwhich was perfect and cookies were really good....bathroom and everything looked clean.

Brian was funny, very attentive and welcomed us in upon entrance !! Shout out to Gabe, and the guy with the silver chain (he didn’t have on a name tag) but all of them were super sweet !! 10/10 and the food is yummy. They also follow food safety protocol very well! 10/10
