I had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Natalie, and I can’t speak highly enough of the exceptional service she provided. From the moment our interaction began, Natalie was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive to my needs. She listened carefully, responded promptly, and went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was handled with care and precision.
It took me 10 times as long to order on the app AT THE LOCATION, than to order with a human. At one point, I even sat in a booth trying to place my order while people cut in front of me. Still, I would like to commend Lilly for helping me place the order and get the BOGO50 coupon. The coupon could only be used in the app, to be recognized. She was very friendly and extended warm, smiling customer service. Lilly bumped up my rating to 5 stars. Thank you, Lilly.
