Luis is a super employee! He is patient and kind. We had a difficult time using our gift cards on the app. He tried very hard to solve the problem and he did!

My husband and I came in on November 2nd at about 2:15-2:30. We were greeted by Luis and a young woman whose name I did not catch. They were slow when we walked in, so immediately they made us feel like they were relieved to see us. Luis made our subs for us. He took his time which allowed our subs to be made the way we want, which ive been to subways they rushed me.
When we got home we devoured our food. And I just wanted to give a huge thanks. I added ham to my pizza sub for the first time, and it was so delicious. My husband got his weird steak sub which he thoroughly enjoyed. A huge thank you to Luis!!

If they don’t want to provide good customer service and just want to turn off everything early so they can go home, then they should not have this business open while they’re getting paid for doing nothing! It’s not the first time she does this! 10/17/2025… change your attitude!

This Subway recently changed their hours from 8 am to 9 am. I saw 5 groups of people coma and go away. I use this Subway to get lunch for my daughter sometimes, but not anymore! I believe this is what the others were doing as well as I saw several kids. This is a shame….

Someone needs to update Google. New store hours on a printed out piece of paper stuck to the door, but nothing about it on any website or any platform that anybody uses… Very frustrating to go all the way there just to find out that they weren’t gonna open until 9 o’clock.

Super clean with very friendly and efficient staff. Everything smelled and look very fresh and The taste was great.

This is a decent subway, but Google has the placement wrong. They are further back in the same shopping center, next to the health clinic.

Store was extremely for one person to handle all orders and online orders but Brian did not complain was very professional and provided us with the best service. He greeted everyone that came in and apologized for the wait as he was by himself. Awesome attitude

I just had a best sub sandwich at this somewhat new subway in Altamonte. I made a mobile order before I got into the parking lot and Luis greeted me a very friendly hello. I told him I made a mobile order and he made it right away as he finished the previous order he was working with on. He made the sandwich accurate to my mobile order and the sandwich just looked so beautiful and well made on presentation. Food was fresh, bead was soft. I have been to this subway a few times before but I never had a best experience like I did today. Definitely happy!
