We got 2 veggie pizzas , both taste a little bitter, dont know if its beans orcheese. Could not finish we dumped it. Altamonte mall taco bell , 2nd time it happened

Extremely slow especially for a drive thru! Waited more than 30 mins today 1/6 at 6pm not worth it in my opinion- never again

The worst drive thru experience that I ever had in my life. I entered to the drive thru line at 7:00 pm after 1 hour waiting at 8:00 pm I reach the window where I paid, while I was waiting for my food, I saw that they were completing many orders, closing the bags and sealing them. I get my food at 8:25 pm, I asked the employee why the waiting time it was so long, and he said that they are receiving many online orders, he never apologize. I sujessted to put a sign before you enter to the line advising the waiting time, he said that the only one that can do that it was the corporate. The problem with the drive thru is that once you enter in the line it is not exit and you need to wait.

This place and only this Taco Bell loves to forget things with Uber Eats. I appreciate the bag is sealed, however everything you order should go in a bag before sealing it. Poor customer service and bad training. Need to improve how they bag and deliver

Everytime we get orders from here it is missing something, then you have to wait another 20 minutes for the missing items to be made. Employees always in the back trash talking customers to where the customers can hear, service is poor and rushed through. restaurant is always dirty, seems like there is maybe no management here (store manager). Hopefully something changes soon used to be a great location

ordered no dairy on my beefy 5 layer burrito, for MEDICAL REASONS.they put cheese in it. if i hadn’t opened it up to check, the consequences could’ve been really bad for me.you need to remember that people have ALLERGIES, and that fast food places have rules and guidelines about allergens. if a customer orders no dairy, just give them no dairy. you could put your customers in the hospital this way.

This place was distasteful. It ruined the reputation of customer service for me. Not just me, but my friend also, got our orders entirely mixed up, not just a sauce we didn't order, but entire meals we didn't order. My low expectations were exceeding of what I received.

Pretty sad this place closes at 6 and can’t take my order at 5:15. I’ve worked in food industry and can tell you this isn’t it. Some of the workers are cool and accommodating and others you can tell us pure laziness.

Worst Taco Bell ever, workers don’t seem to care and the wait was over 45 min for a pick up order. Workers were just sitting on their phone while everyone was waiting to order or for their food. Would give zero if possible
