Ordered every thing as supremes but they were definitely not. Our food hardly had anything in them. What my bill totalled my husband and I should have paid an additional two dollars and went to a sit down restaurant where the food comes mostly with rice and beans along with complementary chips and salsa. We were just so tired.

Food was good but cold, service was slow but kind, resturant area needed tending as it was dirty. Trash on tables and trashbins needed to be emptied. Place was very busy and counted 4 workers and maybe 2, sometimes 3 were working.

After sitting in line for over 15 minutes I finally received my food and asked if it was everything. Just got home and noticed it wasn’t everything. Not driving back up there to wait for another 15 minutes to probably not receive all the food I paid for. Again.

Very rude and slow. They do not care if you are a door dasher with other orders in your car , they will make others order that came in after you before yours , and when you ask them how long it will take they don’t give a straight answer and gives a rude tone. The white man there was very rude.

The food tasted terrible. The crunch rap Supreme was poorly made and soggy and the soda machine poured 60% foam.
I’m not exaggerating when I say that I waited 40+ mins for an online order because I couldn’t cancel it. I’ve worked in fast food before, I understand being short-staffed and that things happen. I read the other reviews and it looks like the wait time is a frequent issue. I would give zero stars if I could.

Food is good and comes out hot! Only think is I ordered 20 minutes before my husband even arrived to pick it up… he's been in line for 30 minutes so it's been almost an hour. Like how do you not realize a change needs to be made when your line is wrapped around the building. I don't blame the staff… just the lack of utter compatance from management because how do you let it get this bad???
