For the last couple of months when I visit this location there’s been some issue but today was ridiculous. Instead of having a sign up that says “where out of steak” the drive thru worker let me list off 3 different items to just keep saying we don’t have that. Cool whatever. I then order a beefy 5 layer burrito, NO beans. Just to get home and bite into a burrito with NO BEEF and EXTRA BEANS. Do better Taco Bell.

Ok the food was good even though they were out of what I wanted. The service definitely needs help maybe more training and personality than not talking at all just taking money and handing out your food! Also I ate in my truck in the parking lot before I had to get back on the road, and I was approached by a homeless woman! That was absolutely unacceptable considering I was standing outside of my truck smoking a cigarette, and she wouldn't go away!!!!

Ignore the other reviews, the people here are great and have never messed up my orders despite me making special requests. The lines are long because people love this location, if it was as bad as everyone says then there wouldn't be business.

What is wrong with this place?!?! Needs new management asap lol always wait 20+ minutes for drive thru and there’s literally no way to exit once you’re in it. Theres always only like one person working.

There is a reason 9 times out of 10 there is a line of cars wrapped around the building and it isn't because the food is amazing, it is Taco Bell after all. No the problem is that this specific Taco Bell location has a bunch of slackers and stoned morons that can't organize themselves long enough to achieve proper service and you will most definitely be waiting ridiculous amounts of time for food that will likely arrive packed up haphazardly and cold. The fact that the owner of this specific franchise location has not driven by once to see what a clown show this location is at all times at any given hour is telling of who they allow to work there and more importantly all the other aspects that go into running a "fast" food restaurant. Avoid this location at all costs!

This has to be the slowest taco bell I've ever been to. I was called up and there was a guy asking a question about his order and the employee got pissed at him for asking for clarification. The hell is going on with fast food now? Do they intentionally only hire assholes or is that a result of paying terrible wages? Anyway, terrible place.
