Why does this taco bell always come thru in a pinch? Because it do be doing that.

Honestly, this is the worst location. It's the only one that makes sense near my home, but if you have an option, go to a different location. They consist6 mess up orders, specifically mobile ones through the app. It's a shame, because I like using the app for rewards. My last 2 experiences in mobile order were a mess. They made me come inside for one, stating I didn't select drive thru as an option. (I did, and verified after) Even when I asked if they could hand it through. They said they were unable and were just standing at the window and the countertop when I came in. Then today the signs and everything were off when I came to pick up my breakfast order. After a couple minutes it seemed like I woke someone up so they groggilly located my order and still messed up my I ITEM. I put in a complaint before and never received any communication back. So they obviously don't care. Stay away if you have another location available.

4/19/2024 at 5:00 pm was stuck behind 3 vehicles in the drive through for 32 minutes. There was absolutely no sense of urgency among staff and I got a moldy piece of tomato in my Crunchwrap.

I don't know why anyone still goes to Taco Bell. You have a 50/50 chance wether your order will be correct. 50/50 chance on your food being made properly which goes down significantly if you customize an item. It's just throwing money away at this point.

Employee are too slow in working. It takes 20 minutes to deliver our order while we are in dine in last evening. Not recommend if you are in hurry or grab nd go.

They can't do a simple swap of items (that is possible at other locations)... Then take forever. Person was rude and didn't even want to try to make the swap from a crispy taco to a soft taco as if it were impossible to

I found a LONG red hair in my crunchwrap in the first bite. I asked for a refund and was given it but when i asked for a new crunch wrap they said well you got the refund you get one or the other. This was not clarified to me it was an either or. I stated in the beginning of the conversation I'd like a refund and a new crunch wrap.

It’s nice to see this establishment has been updated. Unfortunately when I was there my card was charged, talked to the manager she couldn’t find the order. After they couldn’t resolve the issue a fight broke out with the workers in the back. Decided it was time for me to take my business elsewhere. Well known to be a trashy location. Live mas!

Don't go to this Taco Bell, this is my fourth time ordering from here on Door Dash and i specifically put i wanted Guacamole and Onions on my Cheesy Gordita Crunch's and they did not put it, all four times! I even called them ahead of time to let them know to put it and they still did not put the ingredients i paid extra for on my taco's!!! And this is also the second time i ordered a Quesadilla and they ended up burning it completely!! I had to throw it away because all i could taste was the burnt tortilla!!
