This was the WORST service we have ever experienced at a place that serves food. Fist it took between 15 to 30 minutes to get drinks. (not alcohol) We had a party of 15 with half being kids and half adults. Even when the drinks came for some others still had to wait and ask again where their drinks were. Then the food was served to each person at different times. All I ordered was chicken tenders and it took them over and hour to serve me. And everybody else was already served if not already done eating their food. When I complained to the manager, he said first it takes time to cook the chicken tenders and then he said we have 4 big party tables and that was why it took so long to serve the chicken tenders. If you go to this place to eat, you are in for a big shock. We ate at this place a few years ago and this place is the worst place we have ever eaten at. And I have traveled and eaten at many different places and have been served bad service, but this without a doubt was the worst service ever. Even the kids made comments about the service. Do not waste your money. This was for a ten-year-olds birthday.
First time their service was excellent the food was delicious and the dessert was the cherry on top. Was dinner for my Hubbies Birthday. We will be back
Great food, I’ve eaten here before… but the last two times were the best. The food taste so much better and the new staff are so accommodating. My family and I are making this our new favorite place to eat. Thank You Dancing Crab!!!! Check them out you won’t be disappointed.
Very delicious food, and service👌🏻
Served horrible food, horrible service, and horrible management.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant, their customer service is severely lacking. I had a pick up order, when I reached home I realized that part of my order was missing. I contacted the restaurant the first time after I explained the situation, the person disconnected the call. I tried calling several more times and the phone keep ringing out and going to a voicemail that was full. After calling back to back about 20 times I finally got someone on the phone. The manager was of no help, with all his option being to drive back to the restaurant, thereby inconvencing me for the restaurant error. There is no accountability.
Please do yourself a favor and don't go here.
5 Star restaurant and service.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at The dancing crab and was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I stepped in, the cozy, rustic atmosphere enveloped me, creating a warm and inviting dining experience that felt authentically Cajun. It's the kind of place where you can truly relax and enjoy your meal.
The culinary experience was equally delightful. Every dish, particularly the seafood, was fresh and bursting with flavor, showcasing the true essence of Cajun cuisine. The ingredients tasted high-quality, and the preparation brought out the best in each component. It's clear that attention to detail is a priority in the kitchen.
Service was a highlight of my visit. Our server Elsa was incredibly friendly, attentive without being intrusive, and contributed significantly to the pleasant ambiance. Their warmth and efficiency made for a seamless and enjoyable meal.
Adding to the overall positive impression, the pricing was surprisingly affordable for seafood, offering excellent value for the quality and experience provided. It's refreshing to find such delicious and authentic seafood without breaking the bank.
For anyone seeking a genuine Cajun seafood experience in a charming setting with fantastic food and service, The Dancing Crab is an absolute must-visit. I highly recommend it and look forward to my next meal there!
Y'all really put one crab leg, one tiny potato and a half an ear of corn in front of a grown man. 🤣 Why do pictures on your page show full dinner plates? Never again
After driving by 'The Dancing Crab' for what seems like years, we decided to finally give the place a try. Valentine's Day. Seemed like a great time to try something new. Initially everything seemed fine. The place was busy but the staff seemed relaxed. Gave us the sense this was the normal pace and the server took our order and brought our drinks reasonable amount of time. Then we wait. And wait... AND wait. Almost an hour into the evening she finally is headed our way with a steam bag of our dinner. She departed quickly after depositing it between us on the table. I noticed something which didn't seem right... upon further examination I quickly realize it was not what we ordered. It took us more than a few minutes to flag someone down who proceeded to get our server. She quickly realized it was the right order for a different table and proceeded to deliver it to them. After I went to retrieve a menu so I could explicitly show her which item we order (verbally and visually but pointing to it on the menu, as i did the first time) she departed towards the kitchen. Approximately 40 more minutes go by (without any staff interaction) and I finally ask to speak to a manager. He was apologetic. Although his initial reaction was 'we're busy' he decided to bump our reorder up in the work queue. After waiting another almost 10 minutes, our original order arrived. After a quick visual inspection it seemed like the correct order. I opened the steam bag of the 'Medium (hot) Cajun' flavored dinner my Valentine's Date chose a snow crab cluster while I grabbed a single shrimp to sample. As I'm peeling the shell way, she discovered that the crab cluster was still cold... partially FROZEN still. A fully steamed bag of snow crab legs, shrimp, sausage, potatoes, corn etc... and somehow not steamed enough to even thaw some of the ingredients. What other hospital-trip-inducing delights awaited us inside this delectable treasure bag of goodness? The world may never know. In the immortal words ofBill Engvall, here's your sign. We tool turns going to wash our hands. As I was explaining to our server why we were leaving I accidentally touched the crab cluster to show her where it was still partially frozen I realized I had some of the 'flavoring' on my finger. Rather than make an additional trip to the bathroom to wash my hands I chose to just lick the small amount off that finger. To my surprise there was not flavor No Cajun. No 'Medium' heat. NO NOTHING. I began to question if I'd somehow contracted covid and quickly lost my sense of taste. (Later confirmed that I had not.) We were hoping for a nice quiet dining experience. Instead, we got 'The Dancing Crab' experience. Consider yourself warned. -0.1 Stars
Oysters=fishy, crackers=stale, seasoning=bland. Not worth the money.

Customer service was very poor today! Stood at the front behind another couple for about 10 minutes without being greeted! Ended up just walking out and the couple in front of me proceeded to do the same thing!! Invited them to Craft Crab with me and my guest because that was ridiculous
Refuse to sit anyone at 9pm

We decided to do takeout from this restaurant on Thanksgiving, and while the food itself was excellent, the overall experience left much to be desired.
Unfortunately, some items were missing from our order, which was frustrating. We tried calling the restaurant to resolve the issue, but no one answered, adding to our disappointment.
It’s a shame because the food quality is top-notch, but the service needs improvement. Make sure to double-check your order before leaving the restaurant.
