Wings were not good. Fries taste like they were cooked in old grease, very hard. The manager's pants were sagging I could see his underwear. Several of them were not wearing hair nets. Twists hanging. very unpleasant experience.

Wingstop in Altamonte Springs, located near Cranes Roost Park in the shopping plaza called Uptown Altamonte Town Center, was not what I was hoping for. The plaza is off of State Road 436 and right past the I-4 Freeway. It was my first time eating at Wingstop. Unfortunately, it fell beneath my expectations. This is primarily because of the slow and impatient service, the very crowded and noisy dining room that needed to be cleaned up a bit, and the food was definitely not fresh or tasty. Because of this, it will probably be my last time dining at Wingstop.

THE.BEST.CHICKEN.WINGS! We randomly came across TWS on IG all the way at home in NJ and knew we had to make a stop here on vacation! They did NOT disappoint! Kwame and his team were so kind and helpful. The restaurant ambience is so fun and vibey. We ordered 30 chicken wings and some fries! They are seriously the best wings we have ever had! We have to come back before we leave for more! Kwame! Keep doing what you’re doing because you got it right!!

Horrible customer service - called in because they forgot to send out HALF my order of a 75 wing pack - all 3 sides missing all veggie sticks all dipping sauces. Called the store - They were already aware they screwed up and admitted it was their fault - spoke to the MOD - wanted to "give me a credit for their error" on my next order - Why would I order from them again after such a screwup? Then she wanted me to BRING THE FOOD BACK to get a refund - WTH??? I ordered delivery for a reason. She wouldn't refund the check because I received some of the order. MOD supposedly called the GM and the GM refused to give a refund - when they KNEW it was their error. I will never order from this location again - there are too many viable competitors out there to waste my time on a business where they can't even make their own mistakes right. They need to train their managers/customer service people how to handle when they mess up. I will also tell anyone AND everyone I know the exact same thing.

You can watch them cook the wings and I could see that when the huge basket was done and pulled up from the oil, the food in the bottom was still in the oil. Took our food home and it was so overcooked, I tossed it.

The manager lacks customer service & problem solving skills.-We ordered online 16 bone in wings and vegetable sticks with ranch (combos with 2 cokes for pick up.) We brought our food home and saw there were no beverages and no ranch dipping sauces provided for the wings. It was already 10pm at night and we live 20 minutes away from wing stop. Since we cannot eat wings or vegetable sticks without ranch dipping sauce, and our food was now getting cold as we waited on the phone to speak to a manager over the issue, we requested a full refund. The staff and management were able to verify that our drinks were still sitting there at their store and dipping sauces were not provided in the to-go order. Yet, the manager told us he could not provide a refund to us unless we drove back to his store to return our cold food.?? Is it not unlawful and unsanitary (especially during a pandemic) to accept food back into a restaurant establishment after it has already left the restaurant? Why put us through that in order to provide our refund? It had already been verified by their staff and manager that the error was in fact the restaurant’s mistake. It is now 10:45pm, as I take this time to write this review. What a lovely Friday night we’re having! Thx Wing Stop in Altamonte Springs 👍 I will be reaching out to your corporate office for my full refund and will start cooking dinner now for my family as it approaches 11pm.🤦♀️

While working from home we decided on wings for lunch. I saw the meal for two with 15 wings (you can split your order for flavors), two dipping sauces, fries, and a two drinks for $21. From placing the order to our door it was 27minutes. Impressive! The fries were a little soggy but over everything was great. We ordered the hot and Parmesan garlic wings. I would definitely order there again just for their quickness!

You can find much better wings at Graffiti Junktion. Wingstop has tiny man wings....pass! There's much better even Buffalo Wild Wings which I am not a fan of.
Visited at lunchtime and service was fast and friendly. My wings were perfectly prepared. My friend was impressed and commented they taste his homemade with the work or wait.

Good wings every time! I love their boneless wings and classic wings (which is rare) and the fries are to die for! Don't forget the try the buttered yeast rolls! The service is always good as well and the restaurant itself is always clean.

First timers and definitely the best wings we have had around the area. Great prices with combos including drinks and perfect fries. We order extra crispy so it took a few extra minutes but was worth the wait. Both the Cajun and Louisiana dry run were excellent!
