I went there on MLK day while on my lunch break like I do every week and me and my coworker always get a small amount of queso to go with the chips(sometimes they put it in the box or sometimes we would ask). So when we went on MLK around 11:15 it was a worker named Alex I believed he had glasses me and my coworker asked him for the small little serving of queso like we usually do and Alex said “no I can not give you that we do not give those out you would have to buy it” so I said “we just came here yesterday and been coming here since August and it is always offered or given” and Alex looked me dead in my face and said “oh maybe it was a special condition on why we gave it” so I asked “what was the condition if you don’t mind me asking but I can pay for it now” he said “oh just a special condition” so I go to the register and rung me up for a large queso when I had a good 8 chips in my box so I said “I will be doing a review about this special condition you are talking about what is your name”. He did not want to provide me his name, he walked away from me multiple times while I asked for his name, then when he gave me the queso he had cheese all over his hands and all over the cup and did not provide a lid for the queso then when my coworker asked for a lid for the queso he shrugged it off and the lady in the back that was also work said “oh they’re by the sauce station”. I said “you know those don’t fit”. So Alex gave us a lid and we left . I’m not sure what was going on with them on MLK day but me and my coworker was just trying to get a nice lunch on our break and we were highly disappointed and dissatisfied with the workers and the company that day.

When I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile from the General Manager, Manny and the cashier Shiloh. They made me feel like family! Since this was my first visit, I had questions and they happily answered them all. They helped me find the perfect meal! They told me about their daily specials and how to customize my entree to my liking! The food was hot and fresh. Manny taught me about the sauce bar and I love it! They have added a new regular guest to their clientele list! Thank you very much!

the staff was very kind but these are the birria tacos i was given? they’re extremely tiny and didn’t come with any broth. for $16 this is genuinely disrespectful, would’ve asked for a refund and gone somewhere else if it wasn’t my lunch break.

Ordered a vegetarian taco with beans which it came without. I assumed it would come with salsa which it didn't and when I asked for some I was begrudgingly told I could get a small container. No trash cans. Music is so loud you have to tell to talk. I had ordered a burrito to go as well and it still wasn't ready upon leaving. Over priced. At least it's clean.

The chicken chimichanga is amazing! It's so large that I took half of it home for lunch the next day. They have a hot bar with tons of sauces. The restaurant is welcoming, and there is a fun mural painted on the wall. The staff is friendly and welcoming. You can't go wrong going to Tijuana Flats.

Just ok. Flautus was overcooked and oily. The staff was nice but no one was keeping an eye out on the dining area. Kind of annoying when you’re asked to give a tip before any service is provided.Will go again but at a different location.

The atmosphere is always fun and entertaining with friendly and quick service. My favorite is their chips and queso or their nachos that you can customize with cheese, meat, lettuce, tomato, queso, etc. However, if you don't like soggy chips and don't eat a lot, I recommend getting the queso on the side for the nachos. It's a rather large portion to eat by yourself. It would b better to share the nachos with a group as an appetizer, but I'm a rather picky eater, so I tend to get it for myself.
