The employees at this store are extremely unprofessional and rude. They disrespect customers and their requests while speaking Spanish, assuming that customers won’t understand them, which is not the case. It is completely ridiculous to make customers uncomfortable for food they’re paying for.

Extremely disappointed by the service i’ve received the last two times i’ve been here. I have a severe peanut allergy and I asked for them to clean the blender prior to making my smoothie, as i’ve always done. The girl at the counter looked at me, paused for a second before rudely saying “no”. It’s been the same girl both times I’ve encountered named jay-marie. This type of service and experience has never happened before to me at any other Tropical Smoothie location.

This morning, I stopped in to the Altamonte Springs tropical smoothie because I wanted a smoothie while I was there, I decided to pick up a flatbread for lunch I was green did warmly by Haley who I was just in awe with her service. I mentioned to her that I will be reheating the flatbread for lunch and if it was possible for her to put the lettuce on the side because it because it doesn’t reheat properly not only did she accommodate my very weird request she went above and beyond to also place the sauce on the side so when I did reheat the sandwich, everything would be fresh. Haley, I appreciate your dedication to serving. It was definitely top-tier.

Today July 17th 2025 approximately 3:00 pm I came in for a smoothie as I walked in an told the guy that was taking orders what drink I wanted which was a Bahama mama(special order) and told him I don’t want it watered down and wanted it thick I continued to say I would like more juice from the fruit like strawberry and pine apple juice so that way he does not add too much water, and it will still be flavorful he proceeded to tell me it’ll be extra Because you will have to give me more fruits I told him I’m OK that’s fine I asked so would like it, and I asked him for extra protein as he still proceeded to say that will be extra after I already told him I was OK with pink extra once my friend text me what he wanted to drink I told the man I would like to order another drink which He didn’t want to come take my But instead had another coworker stop what she was doing to come take my order when she was busy making smoothies and he wasn’t even busy doing anything

Garbage. Ive been to many tropical cafes before and this is the 4th time i give this one a shot, every single time it’s been a disappointment. The wraps look like they were just thrown together, soggy, with the lettuce and spinach looking spoiled. The smoothie looks like its hose down with water and with 5 pounds of cinnamon. For reference i ordered the ceaser chicken wrap and the banana chi smoothie. Ive never had such a bad experience at the other locations, but for some reason this location constantly puts out garbage quality. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I just purchased two gift cards and when going to redeem they tried to tell me that one didn’t have money on it even though I paid and showed my receipt for payment and my bank statement

I had my employee buy a smoothie and it did not taste good and was watery. I was able to get off work at 3pm and came to them with the smoothie. My employee had bought it right before lunch. I went back and the manager laughed at my face and did not want to remake it. Was not professional and being that I am a customer all I wanted was for them to remake it.. STAY AWAY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Im pretty sure my smoothie and crunch wrap were made with rotten moldy bananas. Im hoping I wont get sick, but this is absolutely disgusting. The bananas in the wrap are visibly black and the worker decided to still use them? The pita or whatever they use is also old and crunchy. Such a waste of money this morning.
