Incredible! The pizza is fresh, full of flavor, and has a light, crispy crust. The place is perfect for a quick break between shopping, but still just as delicious. The service is excellent, and the atmosphere is ideal for enjoying a meal without rushing. Perfect for enjoying alone or with friends. I’ll definitely be back.

Food was very bland and disappointing. I ordered spaghetti with meatballs, it was not appetizing. Staff service was alright but overall experience was below average.

My friend accidentally instead of putting parmesan on her pizza by accident put a bunch of garlic on her pizza and she is upset bc the workers wouldn’t do anything to try and replace it. It was an honest mistake and the workers lied saying there’s no more pepperoni.

I hate to leave bad reviews but al though the people were very nice and friendly, the food is just plain horrible. I've been here a few times before and thinking maybe things have changed I ordered yet again. The food quality is horrible. Watered down sauce that taste like tap water and sauce from a can. I've eaten at 3 other villa Italian kitchens near by and none of them taste like this. If this is a franchise, you have ruined the villa taste. If I could give it negative stars, I would. Just plain blah and not good food.

Everyone seemed to be nice.However, my son wanted pizza. Cool it came with a drink and chips for $8! Pretty pricey is you ask me..He ended up not liking the pizza (only took a small bite he’s 4..) and I asked if I can just get another bag of chips… Then the gentleman stated in Spanish well the pizza will just go to waste and in the garbage. Not the answer that any customer wants to hear when they just spent money and didn’t even get to eat the pizza.. pretty ridiculous if you ask me. $8.14 for a small drink, chips , and a “pizza” which wasn’t even edible…

The fact they they charge over $4 for a cup of plain spaghetti noodles with No Sauce..Reheated..should be a crime. I can get 3-4 BOXES of spaghetti noodles for that at the store assuming it's not BOGO.

Why does the guy put the pepperoni on the pizza after it comes out of the oven? They aren't cooked untill he heats up the slice. I have never seen this in my 18 years of making pizza.

The pizza was very dry and tasted kind of burnt. I do not recommend this place I have had way better pizza. There wasn’t anyone in the line, I should have taken that as a sign to not get it.
