Everyone seemed to be nice.However, my son wanted pizza. Cool it came with a drink and chips for $8! Pretty pricey is you ask me..He ended up not liking the pizza (only took a small bite he’s 4..) and I asked if I can just get another bag of chips… Then the gentleman stated in Spanish well the pizza will just go to waste and in the garbage. Not the answer that any customer wants to hear when they just spent money and didn’t even get to eat the pizza.. pretty ridiculous if you ask me. $8.14 for a small drink, chips , and a “pizza” which wasn’t even edible…

The fact they they charge over $4 for a cup of plain spaghetti noodles with No Sauce..Reheated..should be a crime. I can get 3-4 BOXES of spaghetti noodles for that at the store assuming it's not BOGO.

Why does the guy put the pepperoni on the pizza after it comes out of the oven? They aren't cooked untill he heats up the slice. I have never seen this in my 18 years of making pizza.

The pizza was very dry and tasted kind of burnt. I do not recommend this place I have had way better pizza. There wasn’t anyone in the line, I should have taken that as a sign to not get it.

The lady didn't speak English. No bid deal, I'm Spanish, but others in line were having a hard time. I used to love their pizza. I won't be ordering here anymore. I only ordered one slice of cheese pizza. It was cold and I had to ask to heat it up. Not tasty like it used to be. Very disappointed.
Actually, need to rate it zero stars. I had a T-Mobile Tuesdays deal and went to the Altamonte Mall to redeem at Villa Italian Kitchen. There were no employees behind the counter and I looked in the door to the back room and two women were sitting there. One came out when they saw me and I showed her the deal on my phone and she said no and went to the back to get her phone to use a language translator (she doesn't speak any English) to tell me they don't take it there, but the address of that store was on the deal on my phone. I asked her name in Spanish, but she refused to answer and both women hid in the back room. They obviously had no customers and had no interest in conducting any business, sitting in the back room. Very disappointing to not be able to use the T-Mobile Tuesday deal and to encounter such nonexistent customer service.

Don't eat here. Spaghetti sauce was watered down, and had no flavor. She plated the food and then put it into the microwave to heat!! I've learned over the years that hot food should stay hot and cold food should stay cold or else you can get food poisoning. Plus the lady couldn't speak English!! I mean come on!

Lady that took my order didn't speak English and had to go to the back to get someone else to explain things to her. Then she put cheese on top of my food without putting on a glove or using a tool. Also the sauce is more oil than tomato. Was not worth it. I'll never fo there again.

I was craving some pizza and decided to stop in at the mall to grab a slice. They had just opened and I got a pepperoni slice...he popped it in the oven but still it was not good at all and I paid 8$!!!! :( I got a drink as well but sheesh waste of money. I'm pretty sure it was pizza from yesterday. Just not good and I was so disappointed

Good for a food court option within the Altamonte Mall. The hubby and I split a pepperoni and mushroom slice since it was not yet dinner but we were a bit hungry from shopping :-). The slice was thin and had a unique crispness when bitten into. The cheese is very "soft" and not at all stringy so if you like your cheese with a bit of chew- don't expect that with pizza from here. All in all, it had good flavor and I wouldn't mind having another slice if I was in the mall craving a quick slice.
