Came in the evening of Sunday, November 11, 2025, at about 1AM. It was not terribly busy. My partner and I were not greeted even though the staff were aware we had entered the establishment. None of the tables had been cleaned. We sat for a little while and still no one brought us menus or cleaned our table. I used the restroom, sat a little longer, and decided to leave. I love Waffle House food and being known for their speedy service, this experience was a disappointment. Would not recommend this location.

I keep my reviews candid and honest from the heart. so here we go. As a disabled veterans who’s been homeless, in and out of transitional homes, VA domiciallrys,streets, shelters and what not. I’ve been through alot. Loss/divorce and death of my best friend (a combat veteran named Jamie Prophet) who I met at the VA mental health floor (I was there for suicide) who passed 3 months after she got out and it broke me.mother of 2 kids 9-14. With all that said I lead with my heart, give when I can on impulse because kindness empathy and sympathy is free it doesn’t cost us anything. So I don’t sleep these days. Was walking by Waffle House I been to before but came in maybe 1 am? Well I placed a small order coffee and grilled cheese and bacon ( all thier food is good to me but that particular dish well reminds me of when my dad used to drive me up and down the coast and stop at waffle houses in Georgia or Virginia place like that) and I’d always order that 💙 well the server this morning I’ve never met she’s new her names Ruth or Ruthy. She has a heart of gold, super friendly and attentive and is perfect for a customer service role like that some would say maybe even something bigger “so keep her around” she’s amazing and can tell is a genuine person. Moving on to Jada the cook. Prob the tastiest grilled cheese and bacon I ever had and I’m 40. But that’s not what grabbed me today. Her story did. A struggling mom at 24 with 2 kids just trying to make it in the world while still trying to maintain that light. And stay humble/kind Going through so much personal turmoil. And yet stays kind to others. I see it in the way she treats her new coworker. Who leans on her for support. That’s the kind of stuff that resonates and spreads faster then any kind of cruelty. It goes without saying I left them both a nice and well deserved tip. Money is materialistic we don’t get to take it to the grave. So when you see these two say hi. Spark up a conversation you might be pleasantly surprised maybe even hear their story or tell yours. Waffle House is a great spot to eat or have a warm cup of coffee and a fun conversation with your cook or server. Much love Jada and Ruthy/ruth I’m glad I met you two today I hope you keep running into good hearted people. They are still around. Totally overpriced, IHOP u get a enormous meal for the price of a cheese steak melt only at waffle house... It's ridiculous waffles prices especially for take-out... if u looking for. Breakfast deal avoid waffle houese

My first time at this location and the server was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was fairly clean for a Waffle House.
I ordered the cheese eggs combo. Even though it was around 2:15PM, breakfast is available all day. The grits were literally cold. Other than that, the server was great and I'm glad they finally moved on from being cash only.
